  1. Pebble M350s is not showing up.

    I am using a Pebble M350s mouse and although it connects successfully, the mouse does not appear in Logi Options+. I am experiencing this on Windows 11, my Macbook does not have this problem.

    I just want you to know how dissatisfied I am with this product. I just wanted simple mouse, bought this one and then discovered that the scroll wheel moves in the opposite direction of every other scroll wheel I've ever encountered. To fix it, I had to download a bloated app that makes unnecessary requests to remote servers and now I've discovered includes some kind of pseudo-AI ******** feature that's creating unnecessary directories in my home dir.   9. SmartShift keeps getting off itself

    What about fixing the issue on MacOS where SmartShift keeps getting disabled after a while? I mean, I can leave a laptop with no interaction for a while and when I'm back - this option is disabled. Can this be fixed? It has been there for about a year already. Was hoping you guys fix it.

I have always appreciated the variety of options available for configuring each key on my Logitech mice over the years.   12. AI Prompt builder eating 1gb of VRAM needed for useful AI tools

    Prompt builder eats 1gb of VRAM that i need. I can't turn it off without uninstalling the logitech software.

    This was a bad design decision. It could only have been an intentional design decision. My computer, my choice. You don't get to command it Logitech. Give me the option to remove this feature i've never once asked for, and don't just load it 100% of the time into vram even when it's not in use.

    Consider adding a feature that allows the user to assign a name to each device. I have one set of keyboard/mouse that I keep at the office and one that I keep at home and it can be confusing since they look identical in the app.

  16. Make Horizontal Scroll Wheel more sensitive

    I am using MX Master 3S on Mac. I have configured the horizontal scroll wheel to switch desktops. This mode switches between fullscreen apps.
    My pain point is that, I need to rotate the wheel by larger degree in order to switch full screen apps. (Imagine using 1960 truck's steering wheel to take turn vs 2020 Mercedes steering wheel).
    My recommendation is that, simple light flick on the horizontal scroll wheel should switch the apps. You can even provide a sensitivity control in logi options+ , so that all users will be happy.

    Bonjour, je ne pense pas être au bon endroit mais je ne sais où m'exprimer...
    Cela fait quelques années que je possède une MX vertical et je n'ai jamais eu de problème jusque là, cependant depuis 2 mois, je repère des latences sur les clics.
    En effet, parfois je dois cliquer jusqu'à une dizaine de fois pour avoir une réponse...
    Toutes les MAJ sont effectuées sur mon pc, le logi option+ et la souris. Avez-vous une solution pour palier à ce probleme svp
