Holding charge and erratic responses
Haven't seen the issue on the web, but I'll charge my MX Keys for Mac for 4+ hrs then it "dies" seemingly randomly. It'll also not respond to certain commands or inputs. For example: the brightness up and down shows the scale when I have this app open but the brightness remains the same. And volume seems to only work sometimes with my interface. Should I reinitialize or default or whatever or do I have an internal chip issue? These are certainly not oversights on a $100 keyboard

Mouse wheel operation
I don't know if this is a Suggestion or a complaint. My M510 mouse all of a sudden stopped scrolling up or down or right or left by pushing down on the wheel. In Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, if you have a long distance to go from top to bottom, it is nice not to have to spinning the wheel to get to the top or the bottom. that option in my mouse is one reason I have two M510 mouses.

I'm getting tired of having to open the logi options program just to get it to rediscover. It will go months just fine. then it goes back to doing what it always does. The ratchet keeps switching to free spin. Seriously. FIX THAT. If I change a function or button reassignment, make it stay. Stop making me have to go back in and turn something back on because the software keeps turning it off. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. This app does not work at all. Everything worked fine and i could change the button controls on my devices. Now they are reset, and this app does NOTHING. where is your QC with your engineering?

Keystrokes inside app not recognized
The Logioptions+ software does not recognize keyboard inputs when I am trying to assign a keystroke or smart actions to either the mouse or keyboard., I have tried reaching out to support and they have no idea what to do. If you google the issue it seems that many people have the same issue. You are not doing anything to support the user base that is having this issue. Configurable Scroll Rate
The rate of scrolling from the big wheel when you set it to mouse scroll is much to little. It scrolls by these minute increments in things like Safari and VSCode. I would request that you add the ability to configure the scroll rate when I set the wheel to mouse scroll.

remapping fails when disconnecting
I connect my Ergo K860 to my MacBook Pro M2 using the receiver. I use Logi Options+ to map my [switch app key / F3] on keyboard to [volume down]. This works well. However, every time I disconnect my Mac from the receiver, and reconnect the receiver, this mapping no longer works until I have to reopen the Logi Options app - then the mapping automatically works again

File can't be opened at start up
Every time I boot my mac after I installed your app I get the message "file can't be opened" twice. same happens when I simply open logi options+. it would be very nice if this is fixed, thanks

Viele Nutzer haben das Problem, dass sie bspw. bei der Mx 3s das Horizonte Rad für die Lautstärke nutzen wollen. Sehr nervig ist es, wenn man allerdings in einer App ist, bei der das horizontale Rad zum seitlichen Scrollen verwendet wird. Ich will auf beide Features nicht verzichten. Warum also nicht die Option hinzufügen, dass die Tasten eine andere Funktion haben, wenn die CMD oder STGR Taste gedrückt wird. So könnte man beide Features nutzen. Falls Sie nicht möchten, dass der Nutzer mit Optionen zugeflutet wird, könnte man diese Option unter einem Advanced…1 vote
