  1. Drivers are unusable

    This software is buggy and unstable. My button remaps (replaced my keycaps because my spacebar warped, which is unacceptable on a $300 keyboard) never seem to work. I reached out to support and they have no power to help. Buyer beware DO NOT BUY LOGITECH. QUALITY =/= PRICE. I have similar issues with G HUB as well

  5. Suggestion for Unified Device Switching

    Dear Logitech team,

    It would be very helpful if Logitech keyboards and mice could switch between devices simultaneously with a single action, instead of switching them individually. This would streamline multitasking and improve workflow efficiency.

    mx3 master를 맥북의 제스처 호환 부분에서 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 다만, 제스처 프리셋 커스텀에 '데스크톱 전환'이 없어서 '창 탐색' 제스처 프리셋을 사용중인데, Misson Control 제스처가 두 개라 중복이기에 원하는 제스처 실행을 추가하고 싶어도 되지 않습니다.

    요청: 사용자 지정 프리셋에 '데스크톱 전환'을 선택할 수 있도록 넣어주거나, 기존에 있는 프리셋을 그대로 가져온 후 수정하여 사용자 지정 프리셋으로 저장할 수 있도록 해주세요.

    'F1,F2키를 기본 키로 사용'으로 체크했습니다만, 이 기능이 자주 풀립니다. 오늘은 이 기능 자체가 작동하지 않습니다(활성화 했으나 작동하지 않음)

  9. Backlight always on, please

    Please have the option of having the backlight on all the time. Your fiddly method of 30 minutes worked exactly once, the reverted to five seconds.

    I have the keyboard plugged in, so I don't care about battery use.

    Logitech used to be good. That's why I bought this keyboard today. Instead, I am taking this back to the store tomorrow, and will noe but Logitech again.

    There are dozens of complaints about this matter on the internet. Please, please, please listen to your customers.

  11. F4 default function is not workab.

    After "Logi Options+" updated, the default "F4" function is not workable even I do the setup. Please do change the default function of "Function Keys" anymore. It's not smart.

  12. 鍵盤隨滑鼠作用切換輸入的位置

    我有M720 及 K375 一個滑鼠一個鍵盤，在Logi OPTION+ 功能中，可以隨滑鼠切換到不同的畫面，但是鍵盤卻一直停留在原畫面中，可否在OPTION+中設定一勾選項，讓鍵盤作用的位置，可以隨著滑鼠移動到哪個畫面，就作用在滑鼠正在使用的畫面。

    These comments are about my experience with a new Logitech MX Master 3S mouse, not about the Logitech Options software.

    I am pleased with the mouse, which works better than any other I have ever owned.

    But setting up the thing, and especially learning about how to use it and its many controls, was absolutely terrible to an extent that surprised me.

    The problem was in the material found at MXsetup.logi.com.

    The one important part of knowing how to use the controls was in a fast-moving video, which:

    (1) was far too fast, for no apparent reason,

    (2) could not…

  16. Beleuchtung muesste anbleiben, und die tastatur ach. kann man doch wieder aufladen...!!!

    hallo liebes team...
    ich arbeite mit einem musik programm. und ich kann es nicht gebrauchen, das die tastatur ziemlich schnell in ruhe modus geht. und immer wenn ich dann was schreibe, obwohl beleuchtung schon asn war, fehlen die ersten buchstaben, weil die tastatur noch nicht so weit war. das geht garnicht...!!! ich muss dann das geschriebene loeschen, und noch mal neu anfangen, damit die erstern buchstaben dann auch mit geschrieben sind.
    ich hatte so gehofft, das die tastatur das nicht macht, aber leider falsch gedacht, und viel geld bezahlt.
    ich wuerde mich freuen wenn man dagegen was machen kann.

  17. Master 3S Lagging issues are driving me nuts

    I have a Master 3S, been using for over 10 months or so. Now I feel like throwing it so hard at the wall opposite to me. Ever since I started noticing the lag in the responses of the mouse especially in Mac I have been tolerating it. But right now it has gotten to a point where the lag is very long and the pointer skipping with no accuracy - it is driving me nuts. I paid big price for this stupid mouse and it only have exaggerated my painful experience as days went by.

  20. 关于自动关闭键盘背光的环境亮度阈值问题

    mxkey mini mac版白色，自动键盘背光灵敏度控制不合理，需要很高的亮度才能触发关闭背光。日常使用环境的亮度下，不高不低的背光亮度反而使键盘难以看清，还不如关闭键盘背光清晰。这个问题在黑色版本的键盘或许好一点，但是在白色键盘下使用体验很糟糕，这个问题为什么几年了也没有得到改进，mac的键盘这一点一直做的很好。
    总体来说：
    1、希望在较低的环境亮度下就可以自动关闭背光，使键盘更清晰。
    2、或者使背光关闭的灵敏度可调。
    望修正！
