  3. No Action Ring icons change despite editing

    Hello!
    I would like to point out that editing Action Ring icons has no effect on those icons' actual look (apart from color maybe). Scaling icons in edit mode as well as adding captions to them does not appear on the resulting Ring.

  4. flow, windows files can not copy to mac os

    My macOS version is 15.4. Currently, I can't copy files from Windows to macOS, but I can copy files from macOS to Windows 11. However, copy-paste still works as usual.

    Please, create a toggle to completely disable the AI Prompt services. That's it. I don't want this, and I know that it's the hot new thing, but I don't want 500+MB of memory eaten up by this thing I don't need or want.

  11. System Stability Issues Mac OS

    Just purchased a MX Master 4 to use with my M3 MacBook Pro 26.0.1 (25A362). Upon installing Logitech options and using the product I found my system kept freezing and lagging. I have decided to remove the app and permissions and my system is acting normal again. Seems some background task is encountering some error causing the system to freeze?

    Actions Ring and Haptic Feedback for apps not working wih my new MX Master 4 mouse. Actions Ring always opens empty and it says Loading but never loads. I have all compatible apps (like Creative Cloud apps) and all plugins are loaded and updated but it says "You don't habe any apps installed in your system that are compatible with haptic." I am using Windows 11 btw.

    Provide software to manage great logitech devices. Stop adding AI ******** that just clutters. If i wanted to use AI i would only want my mouse and keyboard to function as a mouse and keyboard, not an AI tool.

  15. Feature Request: Web-Based Version of Logitech Options+

    I am writing to propose the development of a web-based application for Logitech Options+.

    Many enterprise users, including myself, operate in secure IT environments where local software installation is restricted. This currently prevents us from customizing our Logitech MX Series peripherals for work use, limiting their full potential and our productivity.

    A secure web app would elegantly bypass these restrictions, allowing for device customization directly through a browser.

  16. No AI please.

    I have used Logitech devices for many years.
    I don't see why so many companies are jumping on the "Lets bring AI in to everything." Just like the IOTs, I don't need my refrigerator or vacuum using up my bandwidth. I don't need my mouse or keyboard using extra bandwidth for features I don't need. Give me a "Turn all AI off" button please.

  17. Smart Action Plugin will not install from Martketplace

    Hi, the smart actions plugin for the MX Console has been broken for the last few weeks and it will not re-install (windows 11). All other plugins install ok but the Smart Actions plugin will not. I really need this fixed and able to install as it is the main thing I use the console form. Also, it seems strange that Smart Actions is a plugin and not an in-built feature. Please help look in to this and hoping for a fix as soon as possible.

    Subject: Launchpad Key on MX Keys for Mac in macOS Tahoe

    Dear Logitech Team,

    Since macOS Tahoe no longer includes Launchpad, the dedicated Launchpad key on the MX Keys for Mac no longer functions as intended. I’d like to suggest that this key be updated to open Spotlight or the Applications folder by default in Tahoe, so it remains useful and consistent with current macOS features.

  20. Can't login to account on Logi Options+ on Windows 11

    Unable to login to account on Logi Options+ version 1.88.697541.

    Trying to login to the application opens up the Microsoft Edge browser, but the application does not re-launch even when clicking the "Launch Application" button.

    Is there a way to just login via the application using username and password? The current method is terrible. Thanks.
