  1. Backlight settings resets

    Light setting on the keyboard is not remembered in application. If turned off, it turns on again when switching to other device. The level of light setting should also stay remembered when computer is restarted.

  2. Loss of control and app failing to respond once opening

    after 3 months of working perfectly, i opened my computer this afternoon and all mouse setting had gone to default and the logi options app would not load . had to uninstall and reinstall app. and reconfigure mouse to get functionality back .

  3. 請改桌面向左右的側鍵

    我使用的是logi m650
    我設定的側邊鍵是桌面向左以及桌面向右 但是最近他會把這兩個鍵判定成方向鍵左右
    於是我想說將側邊鍵設定成快速鍵的桌面向左右 也就是fn+tab+左右 但是也無法成功設定 請儘速改善

  4. Flow functionality constantly crashes

    Flow constantly crashes in windows and MacOS, need to restart services and the application multiple times to make it work again.

  8. Logi options + horizontal scroll wheel

    The horizontal mouse scroll on the MX Master 3 mouse doesn't work unless this app is open. It works fine when logi options plus is uninstalled, but then the mouse just generally becomes unreliable.

    I love this product so much, but this program has been unbelievably buggy for so long. Please fix it as soon as you are able. Thank you.

  11. Light Control Faillure

    I purchased the more expensive better quality MX Mechanical Keyboard. A nice keyboard that shuts the light out as I'm using it. Its plugged in and there's no reason to shut the light off. Why is there no light control as in Keys S keyboards at this price. Keys S has been out for a while. I guess that's why there are so many used ones available on Amazon. I'm an Electronics design engineer this is an extremely simple design change

  14. Scrolling problems and connectivity

    I'm using Microsoft Edge as my browser on a MacBook Pro. I have both a bluetooth mouse and keyboard from logi. I can't scroll properly because the wheel lags. It's almost a deal breaker. I feel like I've tried everything to remedy the problem but because it is intermittent, it is driving me crazy. I don't know if it's a flaw in Bluetooth technology, or a problem with your gear. But the keyboard acts up a lot too. I wish you would fix your stuff.

  16. Get it together

    Almost every single time my mac goes idle, Logi options+ goes into an idle state. After which, I have tried restarting my computer and the program as a whole, but I keep having to reinstall the program as a whole. I am on a mac pro operating system, last years model, so I shouldnt be running into these issues. Please get it together, this is embarassing considering I paid close to 300+ for my mouse and keyboard...

  17. Insert key not working without FN

    Hi Logi team,
    I am also using the "ins" key very often! I'm a developer with an intense use of the combinations "shift" + "delete" and "shift" + "ins". The necessitation to use an additional key ("shift" + "fn" + "ins") is really annoying.

    Please make this behaviour choosable like the lock for the function keys!

  20. System mapping(s) ignored by MX Keys
