    Look at the size of this file. Took me a while to find out why my C drive was so filled.

  2. flow, windows files can not copy to mac os

    My macOS version is 15.4. Currently, I can't copy files from Windows to macOS, but I can copy files from macOS to Windows 11. However, copy-paste still works as usual.

  4. ai_overlay_temp folder created by Logi AI Prompt Builder without permission

    Issue: Logi AI Prompt Builder process automatically creates aioverlaytemp folder in my home directory without my permission. Creating folders and files without permission is very disturbing and creepy. Please fix this ASAP.

  5. This is a time for a Teen Room

    How do you do guys? I don’t feel like a little kid anymore. My interests have changed, I am teen I want my space to show that. The things I like have changed, but my room still looks the same. It doesn’t show who I am now. What colors do I like now? What kind of style fits me better? How do I want my room to feel?

    the AI prompt UI is a neat concept, but I wish I could select which AI it used. I prefer google gemini, so I don't see myself using this feature as long as it's only chatgpt

  8. Unable to install older Logi+ version

    I've just tried to install an older version of the app, from https://support.logi.com/hc/en-za/articles/4418699283607-Logi-Options . This web page allows to download, say, 1.82.618412 , but what actually gets installed is 1.89.705126. Thus, that web page (and/or) the installer are completely broken and misleading. This is absolute nonsense that you don't provide any means to recover from a faulty update (the 1.89.705126 version seem to be completely broken - it looks like it makes mouse unusable).

  9. 5% Low battery notification TOO low

    "Low battery notification" triggering at 5% is useless. For those of us that like don't want to constantly pull wires out of drawers and opt to have a very SHORT charge cable always on our desk - the warning means when we see it, it's too late to act. Please make this customizable, or set it to something REALISTIC like 20%. I can charge overnight if I know I can use it most of the day from 20% onwards. 5% is panic mode and I literally have to stop everything I'm doing.

  11. Easy switch both mouse and keyboard with one switch

    we need to be able to switch both the mouse and keyboard with just the easy switch buttons on the keyboard.

    so with one button on the keyboard both the mouse and keyboard would switch to the next device

    It's not an idea, it about bloatware: I do NOT need AI on my mouse and my keyboard. This, up to the point where I might change vendor (away from Logitech). Please give us a way to disable this AI stuff!

  14. Logi Options+ Ver 1.90.714605

    After Logi Options+ updated to version 1.90.714605, it will no longer recognize my MX Master 3S mouse and keyboard. Will only recognize my logi HD 1080p camera. I downloaded and reinstalled Logi Options+, but still have the same problem. Software update is a dissappointment, all customer presets on my mouse and keyboard are gone. Do better!!

  16. Transparent Notification

    Hi,

    When using software or a text editor, the notification panel, like the screenshot in the attachment, causes difficulties because it closes while writing. It would be better if this warning was placed transparently on the side. In other words, it should not prevent the work being done in the background. Good work.

  18. Unreliable Options+ Ruins the User Experience

    Using the Options+ app on Mac has been incredibly frustrating. It crashes often, freezes up, and eats up way too much RAM. What’s even more annoying is that the basic settings aren’t saved directly to the mouse — everything depends on the app. So when the app fails (which it does a lot), the mouse stops working the way I’ve set it up. Why does it have to be this way?

  20. logioptionsplos_agent.exe critical memory leak

    The "logioptionsplos_agent.exe" uses 11GB of RAM. This is clearly a CRITICAL bug. Please revert the version.
