    The Options+ app crashed (confirmed that processing was not responding in Activity Monitor) and I was unable to use the side button (Gestures) on my MX Master 2S.

    PLEASE stop automatically downloading and installing updates. PLEASE!! I have this option turned off, but STILL, it automatically downloads and installs. EVERY time it installs, my mouse stops working while it configures the product.

  3. Switch mouse profile button

    It would be nice if we could set a button on my MX Master 3 mouse that switches the mouse profile when clicked. If it's clicked, the mouse will change all the mouse functions based on what I set, and when I click that button again, it will change to the other profile, and it will loop. For example, if I have three profiles, it will change to profiles 1, 2, 3, then loop back to 1.

  4. Switching MX Keys device should switch MX Master mouse device

    Changing devices on the mx keys keyboard should change the device on the mx master mouse. This would be such a great time saver!

    Nao estou conseguindo logar no programa, quando clica no icone no bonequinho pra logar direciona para uma pagina para fazer no no navegador, mas depois de logar pede pra clicar no botao que vai direcionar para o programa, eu clico no botao e nao vai, nao acontece nada

    great keyboard, magically easy to install and get going.
    But, you are pushing AI at me and what I want is to get to a "user's manual" so I can find out what all the keys do. Basic seems to be forgotten....

  8. Resource HEAVY

    I love the application for Illustrator and photoshop, but my goodness is this a resource heavy app... AI prompt runs regardless of even having it setup. Maybe im missing something but why does a mouse button shortcut app require 366mb just to run in the background? literally the most resource heavy application running 90% of the time, not to mention, to get it not to run and consume resources, i have to uninstall the software entirely. Look we all know adobe consumes a persons entire computer.... regardless of the computer. and im not trying to knock this concept, because to…

    Can't set non-modifier key when assigning keyboard shortcut for middle button gesture for M575
    I can set Ctrl, Cmd etc, but nothing else, like [a-z], arrow keys are recognized.

  11. Disappointed in the design

    Why don't your function keys function the same as other keyboards. Shift-F3 should allow me to change the Case of words. However your keyboard does something completely weird. And Shift-F7 should bring up a thesaurus...but again, yours does something else (well actually seems like it does nothing). WHY? UGH!!!!!!!!!

  12. Keystroke capture broken

    This app is such garbage and always breaking. Now all the sudden, the app doesn't get keystrokes from Mac when I want to assign a keystroke to the mouse buttons. So typical. Do you test anything you ship?

  15. K540 is HORRIBLE

    I am currently using Logi keyboard K540. It CONSTANTLY losses connection, lags behind and causing serious issues with spelling. Can take up too 3 minutes to send a 1 line email because keyboard issues. Guess I will be finding a better brand that actually works

  16. Drivers are unusable

    This software is buggy and unstable. My button remaps (replaced my keycaps because my spacebar warped, which is unacceptable on a $300 keyboard) never seem to work. I reached out to support and they have no power to help. Buyer beware DO NOT BUY LOGITECH. QUALITY =/= PRICE. I have similar issues with G HUB as well

  20. Suggestion for Unified Device Switching

    Dear Logitech team,

    It would be very helpful if Logitech keyboards and mice could switch between devices simultaneously with a single action, instead of switching them individually. This would streamline multitasking and improve workflow efficiency.
