  1. logitech unifying receiver cannot pair in Logi+ Software

    It appears that this software does not work with Logitech Unifying receivers anymore. I'm trying to repair a keyboard with my receiver and it doesn't work. I may go back to using the Logitech Unifying Software for this.

  2. Advanced Click needs to allow dragging

    Advanced Click doesn't have a regular left-click option. Choosing the Click option customizes the button to immediately release after clicking, not like the regular way where you can hold it and drag. This was available in the Setpoint software.

  3. Reporting a bug that happens on startup.

    I'm experiencing a bug every now and then when staring my MacBook M1 Pro where Logi Options+ asks for login permissions when it already has it. I have to go into the login permissions and uncheck then recheck Logi Options+ to get it to start working normally for me. I'm on the latest update.

  6. Idea and a Plea for a change...

    I suggest that you sell the charging cable separately. It is our third MX Master 3S mouse in this household and we definitely don’t need that many charging cables. No good for the environment, and also would enable you to market the mouse at a lower price point and “boast” that you implemented that change out of “environmental concerns”. Win-win situation for everyone…

    What is this red mic you automatically installed? and it isn't the menu bar, completely unclickable.

    Gawd. You make such nice keyboards and mice, but your product managers are absolutely garbage. Nobody wanted that on their screen the whole time.

  11. Null space between screens so cursor does not get trapped on flow

    Flow behavior at transition edge.
    I have problems with the cursor getting stuck at the edge of the screen that transitions to the other computer. I find that if I am slightly inaccurate in clicking on features near that edge the cursor jumps over and gets lost (to me at least) and this behavior is somewhat annoying.
    I suggest some kind of buffer of a user defined number of pixels of imaginary null space between the screens so the cursor does not get trapped.

  13. Mangelhafte Bolt-/Empfängerverbindung bzw. Initialisierung

    Sowohl die MX Master 3S als auch die K650 sind auf Dauer über den USB-Empfänger nicht brauchbar. Die Maus initialisiert sich nicht ordentlich und die dpi-Schnelligkeit wird nicht automatisch geladen, wenn man diese Software nicht startet. Die Tastatur schaltet sich bei Nichtgebrauch alle paar Sekunden ab und hakt alle paar Sekunden bei der Signalübertragung, sodass z. B. Buchstaben haken und dann 20 oder 30 Mal erfasst werden, obwohl sie nur einmal im Wort vorkommen. Dafür, dass das Geräte für den beruflichen, professionellen Einsatz sein sollen, sind sie absolut unzuverlässig.

  15. Disable smooth scrolling on MX3S

    My Logitech MX3s mouse has a horizontal scroll that tends to activate smooth scrolling, even though I haven't enabled it or found any related settings. This results in continuous scrolling for a short distance even after I intentionally stop. Is there a fix for this issue?

  16. Logitech Z407 Speakers System

    I just purchased a Z407 speaker system. It doesn't appear on my Logi app on my desk top with a mouse, keyboard and camera. Is it not part of the Logi app? I can't add it either under Blue Tooth addition. The system is working perfectly.

  18. Spotlight setup process is from ****

    Re Spotlight, worst set up interface ever. Truly a nightmare between being misdirected after inserting the fob, sent to website, trying to enter password, being sent in circles there, being told a code would be sent but to my email, but it doesn't then trying to login using phone number, same thing, circles and circles, the finally getting the app installed and suffering through same issue with vague or false prompts, go through login all over again, then then finally the spotlight won't work. So tech support the next nightmare, dumbest bot ever, can't understand most basic of inquiries, more…

  19. Backlighting issue

    I have MX Keys for Business and when connected by Logi Bolt, my backlighting doesn't work. I have the last version of Logi Options+ installed. I don't have the option to disable automatic lighting in the app. When I press keys F3 and F4 which dedicated to backlighting, it says on the screen that I have a light in the room. But even if I switch off all the lighting in my room, it still doesn't work. No backlighting at all. The reboot of keyboard helps for a while and I can adjust backlighting, but after some time it stops…
