  1. Bloated software lacks interrogation of device

    Having just reinstalled Options on the same computer using the same network with the same USB dongle, I'm disappointed that the install does not see the other two devices my EXPENSIVE MX Keys connects with!

    I am so sick of your product development capabilities, you guys never test your **** before shipping.
    I configure a button to scroll a video. By default if I hold my right key, it keeps scrolling but with shortcut to right key, I have to keep clicking to scroll!!!

  4. Switch all inputs(keyboard and mouse) at one shot.

    Hey! I love the ability to switch desktops. I have both the keyboard and mouse. It would be great to be able to use just the keys on the keyboard and switch both keyboard and mouse at one shot. Eg: Use cmd+EasySwitch3 to change both keyboard and mouse to connect to dongle#3. So I don't have to change the mouse separately.

  5. have to relaunch to re-enable custom buttons

    sometimes my custom buttons dont come back unless I re-launch the logi app. I find that really super annoying.!

  6. Keyboard follows mouse

    I know you have hear this but I will state the obvious, you should have a option for the keyboard to follow the mouse.

    If I move the mouse to another device, a second PC, then the keyboard should automatically connect to the device the mouse is at (keyboard follows the mouse). This should be a option that would make your product great.

  8. Retroiluminación permanente [MX MECHANICAL - MX KEYS]

    Tengo una inquietud desde el MX KEY, el tiempo que pasa antes de la retroiluminación se apague automaticamente es demasiado corta, estamos hablando de apenas 5 segundos, lo que termina siendo demasiado incomodo al trabajar por la noche, siempre tengo que rozar el teclado antes de querer usarlo de nuevo, porque en tareas como la mía, animación 3D, presionar una mala tecla puede hacer algo que me crasheo el programa y quieras o no, ese pequeño roce del teclado te quita 2 segundos, y si lo tienes que hacer cada 5 segundos al final pierdes minutos enteros solo intentando prender…

    Where is the button that identifies all the logitech devices by type and serial number, including the dongle, on my machine? Call it MyStatus or something.

  11. Key remapping lost temporarily

    Keyboard key remapping is basically useless. More often than not, remapped keys revert back to its original function, only to go back to remapped mode after a random period of time. It is like the remapping is handled on the Options software side and the service goes to sleep and doesn't wake up on time. How difficult can it be to keep the remapping on the keyboard side. I develop embedded systems professionally, and I can tell you that is not difficult at all.

    Seit Update am Mac, werden Geräte nicht automatisch erkannt. Man muss immer App öffnen. Selbst dann (bin in der App angemeldet) fehlen die Geräte. Manchmal tauchen sie nach 1 Minute auf, manchmal nicht. Bitte beheben!!!!

    업데이트 이후, 스크롤을 래칫으로 설정했는데, 자꾸 자동으로 바뀌어서 너무너무 불편해요. 빨리 수정해주세요.

  16. Switch computer without turn over the mouse

    I am using Lift for months and really like this mouse.

    I use Lift to connect 3 computers at same time, every time switch computer I need take up the mouse to click the button at bottom and put it back on desktop, it's pretty annoying operation, is it possible to assign the switch feature to other button on top of the mouse, so I don't need turn over the mouse every time I switch computer, it's really painful when I switch frequently between computers.

  18. Mic Mute/unmute notification

    When turned on in the Application Settings, the "Mic Mute/unmute" screen notification puts up a red box in the upper left corner of the screen when the microphone is turned off (but not when it is turned on). THis red box cannot be moved or closed, so it ends up covering important parts of the programs being used. TUrning off the notification in Applcatioin Settings stops the box from appearing, which is fine (because WIndows puts up a notification for a second or two that disappears on its own. But it would be nice to be able to move that…

  20. Fix Creative Console Editor

    Honestly the editor for the creative console is just so so bad. Rarely are my actions saved the first, time. I click save, and it it falls back to the original/default icon and text even after I've edited them. There is also some underlying issue with how the icons get sized and centered even with the default layout, and the text font size picker also seems completely busted (rendered vs preview are completely different).

    Overall feels like great hardware with a lot of potential that has been neglected badly on the software side.
