Re Spotlight, worst set up interface ever. Truly a nightmare between being misdirected after inserting the fob, sent to website, trying to enter password, being sent in circles there, being told a code would be sent but to my email, but it doesn't then trying to login using phone number, same thing, circles and circles, the finally getting the app installed and suffering through same issue with vague or false prompts, go through login all over again, then then finally the spotlight won't work. So tech support the next nightmare, dumbest bot ever, can't understand most basic of inquiries, more circle jerks leading back to the veery beginning and finally no other option but to call. Once speaking to an agent things got better but still took over 30 mins to solve simple issue not addressed in any of the prompts. Tech support was very nice and patient, but it shouldnt have to get to that point to be able to USE YOUR ******* PRODUCT! Half the problem is too many steps and convolutions/permutations involved in setup, the other half is the complete incompetency in direct communication to the user as to steps involved. Great product eventually, but I don't know how you can stay in business. Nobody that I know who bought the spotlight device has used it after going through the nightmare setup once.
