5. Sugestões de melhorias no produto no uso da suite Microsoft office

   Poderiam aprimorar as funções da rolagem horizontal do mouse MX master 3 no outlok , poderia navegar entre os menus da faixa de opções, entre as opções da faixa de opções do software... As opções atualmente possíveis de serem configuradas no Logi Options +, simplesmente não funcionam, seria muito útil navegar entre vários e-mails abertos, navegar entre abas dos menus do outlook. É possivel perceber que o mouse oferece grandes possibilidades, infelizmente na maioria dos programas, falha muito ...Certamente a Logitech deve estar preparando algumas atualizações...

6. keyboard - wave

   When moving back to windows with the wave, it will not type characters, just bring up option menus, first time this is happened since i got the wave, have had the windows/mac logi for a while seamless. frustrating.

7. fn Nutzung vergessen nach Wiederverbindung

   Beim zurück wechseln vom Profil (fn-F1) nach (fn-F2) vergisst die Tastatur die Benutzung der F-Tasten, man muss erneut ins Menue gehen und die Funktion "F-Tasten benutzen" erneut aus und an schalten.

8. Keyboard shortcuts + Notability incompatible

   In application "Notability" keyboard shortcuts do not work for example: (Opt + cmd + P) and (cmd + L). These shortcuts work when used on the keyboard to toggle between different menus within the application.

9. MX Keys ohne LogiOptions verwenden

   LogiMgrDaemon (vermutlich ein Bestandteil der noormalen Logi Options) erzeugt ein nicht verwendbares menü oben rechts in der menüleiste. Tut mir leid, aber keine Software von Logitech konnte mich bisher überzeugen. Sie passt nicht zu der sehr guten Hardware.
   Kann ich meine MX Keys ganz ohne LogiOptens verwenden?

10. UI needs enhancement for core functionality

    I hate your application UI while loving logi-flow - when it works.
    The obfuscation and lack of intuitive menu-ing to access flow is sad. Every time i update logi-options flow breaks - without exception.
    Why on earth "Logi AI Prompt Builder" receives attention while fundamental KVM "flow" does not baffles.
    In the world of AI, I'm not seeking this application's "help" ever.
    It took several days to locate the broken element of "flow" this time - thought the feature had entirely disappeared. "Easy Switch" references with zero association to Flow - which would seem logical - suggest the flow feature was entirely eliminated.

    Application changes for the sake of changes is poor, integrating new functionality at the expense of existing foundational function is worse. Please do better.

    Ausführungsbefehl für die Gestentaste:
    1. Hinzufügen eines Schnellzugriffs zum Aufrufen des Logi Options Menüs.
    2. Hinzufügen von Makrobefehl in aufeinander folgende Tastenfolge (nicht gemeint ist die Tastendruckzuweisung) z.B.:
    
    Pfeiltaste "Nach-Oben" gefolgt von der Eingabetaste "Enter"

12. neues Feature - Logitech Cloud für Einstellungen

    Logitech Konto zum Synchronisieren und Speichern von Maus- oder Tastatureinstellungen.

    Funktionserweiterung dieser Cloud: Es wäre echt toll, wenn man über ein Menü aus vorherigen Backups bestimmte Programme aussuchen könnte. Erklärung dieser Idee: Ich teste auf PC A ein neues Programm, belege die Sondertasten meiner Logitech-Geräte über die Options-Software mit Funktionen und speichere diese dann in meiner Logitech Einstellungs-cloud. Dann gehe ich auf PC B (Home-Office-PC, o.a.) in das Options-Programm, wähle das Gerät, gehe dann in das Cloud-Einstellungs-Menü, wähle PC A aus, dann das Programm dessen Einstellungen ich Synchronisieren oder übernehmen will, wenn nötig den Programmpfad des Programmes auf PC B und setze dann einen Haken wenn ich möchte, dass diese Einstellungen zu diesem Programm immer mit PC A synchronisiert werden sollen, wenn ich eine Tastenbelegung ändere.

13. Font bugs & suggestions

    • Shadows under devices are too much. Feels better without shadows at all

    • Cyrillic fonts (or maybe all fonts) are not good to read on small sizes. Also serifs is a very bad idea.

    • Pop-up menus on a right side are not intuitive and looks pretty messy, you shoud through your eye from side to side to change settings.

14. MX 3 Tastenbelegung Logi Options+

    MX3 Logi Options+: Tastenbelegungen funktionieren immer noch nicht. Menü für einzelne Geräte kann in der Software nicht aufgerufen werden.
    Grundsätzlich sehr gute Umsetzung mit den möglichen individuellen Einstellungen und Belegungen pro Gerät, jedoch durch ständige Bugs bei der Software nicht wirklich brauchbar. Leider sehr ärgerlich.
    Wenn das in den Griff bekommen wird, dann ist es definitiv eine sehr empfehlenswerte Software/Hardware Kombination und ein echtes Kaufargument!

15. Make Video scalable

    On your website you have a Logi Options+ section, in that there is a DO EVEN MORE part with two videos, the Flow video shows selecting the mouse then Flow then More Settings at the top right where you find Link Keyboard ! Ticket number 11819497 can be cancelled - PLEASE setup that Video to be FULL screen, I had to put the display on a 55" monitor and scale it to read the menus...

16. PC to mac easy switch issue

    I often connect my logi keyboard to both my mac and PC when i switch from mac to and then back my keys are out of wack and it requires a full system restart before I can use the keyboard normally again.

    I have tried turning off and on my keyboard, disconnecting/removing my keybaord and reconnecting it but it doesnt help it other than a fresh restart. random keys will pull up different menus on the screen and it is completely unusable.

17. SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE

    I have been trying to contact Support for weeks now. The Chat robot keeps going into an infinite loop where it wants to ID my product. I answer all the questions and it loops right back to the start of that process. I try calling support. Go thorough all the menus and after "We'll transfer you to one of our agents", the call just sits there and no one ever answers. For hours. My MX keyboard has a defect. What the heck am I supposed to do??? IF you are no longer offering support, just say so. I'm REALLY ticked off at you lot right now and absolutely will recommend everyone stay away from your products.

18. Gesture customisation

    Hey!
    Some first impressions - nice. I'm on MacBook Pro. Would love to change customisation of gestures - When I start customising my mouse with custom set of gestures i would like to start off from one of your presets, not from blanks.
    Also after customising gesture button to minimise it does not work in Logi option+ while working in other apps :)
    Also the name of function in custom preset "desktop left/right" is misleading as it varies from what one can find windows preset "switch between desktops"

19. Afficher les noms longs de fonctions de boutons programmables de souris au complet à l'écran de Logi Options+

    Dans le logiciel Logi Options+ pour Windows 11, j'aimerais qu'il y ait une fonctionnalité qui permettrais de voir au complet les noms de fonctions choisissables des boutons programmables de la souris. Parce que, actuellement, quand un nom de fonction de bouton est trop long, on ne peut pas le voir affiché au complet, ce qui fait que je ne peux utiliser toutes les fonctions de boutons programmables, seulement celles qui ont un nom court. Ce serait bon si vous pouviez mettre une info-bulle affichant le nom au complet de la fonction quand l'usager mets le curseur de la souris au-dessus de la fonction de bouton programmable. Ou une manière de savoir le nom au complet des fonctions de boutons programmables de souris trop longs. Le même principe pourrait s'appliquer à tous les éléments de menus choisissables dans Logi Options+ qui sont trop longs pour s'afficher à l'écran. Je joins une image pour bien montrer le problème.     Sehr geehrtes Logitech-Team,
    Ich bin enttäuscht darüber, dass das Update Ihrer Software Logi Options+ meine MX Master 3S for Mac unbrauchbar gemacht hat. Es ist unakzeptabel, dass ich nicht mehr in der Lage bin, die Maus über die Logi Options+ zu konfigurieren. Stattdessen verweist die Software nur auf das interne Bluetooth-Menü des Macs, wo ich die Tasten nicht wie gewohnt belegen kann.
    Ich erwarte von einem führenden Hersteller wie Logitech, dass Sie die Probleme Ihrer Kunden ernst nehmen und schnellstmöglich eine Lösung bereitstellen. Es ist unzumutbar, dass ich aufgrund eines Updates meine produktive Arbeit einstellen muss.
    Bitte beheben Sie dieses Problem so schnell wie möglich und geben Sie mir die Möglichkeit, meine MX Master 3S for Mac wie gewohnt zu verwenden.
