    maybe it'll be nice if when one disables the updates, this thing doesn't update. Also nice if it keeps the settings.
    Since you guys changed to logi options+ it's been really bad

  2. Get Signed Out automatically + Smart Actions do not work

    I get signed out logi options+ automatically at times?? Is it maybe after an update is installed? And maybe that makes smart actions not work properly .... please keep me signed in like a remember me option

    Van mijn bedrade (USB) logitech trackball doet het scrollwieltje het ineens niet meer, Ik zag nu dat in de toepassingsinstellingen Updates automatisch installeren op aan stond. Hoe draai ik dat terug?

  5. MX Vertical mouse uncontrollable after updates

    my MX Vertical mouse connected via bluetooth is uncontrollable. I select text, it jumps the text to other parts of my screen. I select a portion of text, it deselects where I started and ends further than I tried to select. I try to drag a file or object, it jumps around and drops it wherever it pleases without me releasing the button. Why?!

  6. Mauszeiger nicht auf Monitor zu sehen

    Leider sehe ich keinen Mauszeiger auf meinem Bildschirm. Habe alles bereits probiert. Die Nummer der Combo lautet 2517CE0074Y9 . Vorraussichtlich werde ich dieses Produkt nach 2 Tagen probieren zurück. Bin sehr enttäuscht. LG Rafael Roldan

  8. App Fails at reboot

    Every time my system reboots the logitech app fails to load so my print-screen custom button fails to work. I'm forward to cntrl-alt-delete -> open task manager - forcibly shut down all Logitech apps and then rerun this one manually. Every time my PC restarts and often when it wakes up from sleep, though not every time.

  9. Kanalwechsel/Easy-Switch auf andere Taste legen

    Es wäre wirklich extrem hilfreich, wenn man den "Easy Switch" Button der MX Master 3S auch auf eine andere Taste als die unter der Maus legen könnte. Es ist mir völlig unverständlich, wieso man diese Funktion nicht bereitstellt. Für einen Switch zwischen verschiedenen Geräten muss man immer die Maus anheben und die Spezialtaste drücken, obwohl man "oben" genügend alternative Tasten hätte, die der normale Anwender sonst sowieso niemals braucht.

  11. Malfunctioning Software on all operative systems

    I've been a logitech user for more than 16 years. I know how to set up a device. I've been having issues with the devices for at least 2 years.
    Devices keep connected but the key assignments just stop working. All of them. Mouse and Keyboard. I had old devices like the marathon mouse and the k710 keyboard.
    Bought new devices that are supported by logioptions + since I thought that was the issue.
    Well no, I got the Triathlon mouse combo with the MK780
    Same issue.
    If I open logioptions+ stuff keep working.
    A few moments later the software…

  12. Logi+ does not startup propery on Windows 11 after multiple sleep-wake up cycles

    When computer is sleeping/hibernating
    Logi+ application service is not running properly.

    I see "click here to restart service" text at bottom and this is also not working.
    Only thing working is a complete shutdown-restart of the computer.

    My computer is turned on about 15 hours everyday including holidays. I do not shutdown my computer. It is really very rare that I shutdown it. I almost always use sleep or hibernate.

    This sleep-ware up cycles are breaking something in Logi+ service application on Windows 11. If you do that enough the Logi+ application service is not working properly and Logi+ application…

  15. Need a logitec lift left vertical mouse for large hands!

    I tried and love your logitech lift left vertical mouse BUT its too small for my hand!
    This was the second one I tried and felt natural for my fingers and I love the button click but the size cause me pain.
    I now have the m650 left which can't compare to the vertical format.

  16. Logi Craft should be supported in options+ but is not

    My craft Keybpard is not supported yet in options+ but last update states it is.
    What happens there?

    Can't create a Logi account through the redirected link Logi Options+ sends me. I try to create it through my google account, get redirected to a blank page and nothing happens.
