Options forgets mouse preferences
I find I have to re-enter my mouse preferences into Logi Options almost everyday. This is extremely frustrating, forcing me to look for alternative apps to Options that are more stable. I have an account but my settings don't appear to be saved or restored.
I'm using a MX Master 3S mouse on MacOS26 but this persisted in the previous OS too. I have auto-update enabled for Options and the app appears to update almost daily. I am currently running 1.96.781095.
How can I ensure my settings are preserved so I don't need to re-program the mouse every day?

Action ring Folder problem
In the action ring settings, the actions cannot be changed once set. In the outmost layer the problem doesn't exist, but once a folder is established, all the actions can only be created but not Editable. This includes invalid renaming, icon changing, action changing etcetera. Multi task is also invalid.

Logitech Craft & Options+ Feedback
Some constructive feedback about Logitech Options sotware:
1. I believe it used to be possible to re-bind any key on the keyboard ?
Num-Lock is not a particularly useful one to me, and used to rebind it to a shortcut like Ctrl+Shift+F11 for Audio Output software selector. This is now no longer possible. And can only modify function keys.
Why can't i just rebind any key, or key combination ?
2. Play/Pause still only functions haphazardly.. same issue as with the previous software.
It is linked to a click of the crown. i often need it when audio is playing…1 vote -
Thumb wheel direction resets after update
I set my thumb wheel direction to Inverted in Logi Options+. However, it resets back to Default after every update.

Activate App Specific Actions Ring by hovering over App
As of now you have to click on the App window to activate the app specific Actions Ring. It would be a great improvement if Actions Ring would activate app specific Actions Rings upon hovering over the app. Let's say I'm working in Photoshop and want to get to something in the Global Actions Ring, I actually have to click on the Desktop or an Explorer window to activate the Global Actions Ring.

Make the Crown Wheel work like it did in Options
It's as if you have no idea what to do with the Crown Wheel. All of its useful functionality has been destroyed in Options+.

Lose custom settings when app is closed (and it keeps automatically closing)
Hey,
I love my mouse (thank you), but the options app constantly crashes on Mac (up to date software), which means I lose my mouse speed and customised buttons.
I have to keep opening the app to get my settings back, which is not a major problem - but quite annoying.

Options to change brush size and opacity in Affinity Photo and Photoshop via the crown wheel like it used to be before this terrible Options + update

running actions one by one
there should be a feature of looping smart actions because now, when i need to execute smart action manually several times and accidentally click action button too early -in the middle of executing action- it ***** up my entire system and i gotta restart my computer which sucks. Or if there is some workaround or way to prevent starting execution of smartAction when the other one is still executed, just run them one by one, please tell me via email

Camera configuration is dropped when unmuting myself on MS Teams
Every time I turn my camera on or unmute myself on MS Teams, the custom configuration is disabled. I need to always be refreshing the configuration for it to be activated again. Solve this please!!

Does not keep settings in Mac.
It is embarrassing how badly this works (or rather, does not work) in my MacBook Air with Tahoe. The scroll settings are changed every hour and I have to select scroll types and other settings again. And even the Logi+ Options crashes all the time and I have to start it again to fix the scroll settings.

Logi Options plus stuck loading
Logi options plus app stuck loading forever. and mouse functionality is lost. Need to restart app by force closing it or restart the PC would only work. This is annoying
