Backlighting popup won't go away
I have a recurring issue where the "Backlighting" popup appears and then does not go away. It seems responsive to which display my cursor is active on, switching over to follow it. But I can't click on it or dismiss it and it blocks off whatever is behind it. Please address this bug because I have been forced to just delete this app to make the pop-up go away.

Mouse settings and app doesn't load
often when I boot up my pc, the mouse (MX Master 3S) doesnt have the keybinds I have made in the app. I have to manually open Logi Options+ which then doesn't load sometimes

Make this application better
This application is terrible. It downloads an update in the background which breaks my mouse, I then have to open the application and then click update. Then once it finally opens, I usually have to go and reset some of my settings. Can't you update this without breaking my mouse or changing my settings?

Go back and try it again. Get over yourselves first.
This is so bad. Tring to get a button to do what I want is apparently impossible. I either have to choose what you offer or forget it. The logi Options+ is useless.

Buttons dont work or are extremely slow.
having issues with buttons not responding. Mostly my shortcuts to folders dont respond or take a very long time to activate and open a folder. usually, once i have a lag in opening a folder, i click open logi options, and it creates a huge lag with opening program as well.

RDP issue
I’m experiencing an issue with my Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac. I’ve programmed the side buttons for common shortcuts, specifically Copy and Paste, to streamline my workflow as I often transfer data between my local machine and an RDP session. Currently, the Paste shortcut is set to Ctrl+V, but when I attempt to use it in an RDP session (for instance, in Notepad), it simply types “v.” The only way to make it work is by manually pressing Ctrl on the keyboard while using the button—defeating the purpose of having a shortcut.

Unintuitive labeling in custom settings - and other
Hi, overall, this app is amazing, and I love my MX Master 3S. If anything, it could be a bit more intuitive in custom settings, as some options are labeled differently here than in specific presets. For example, “Switch between desktops” in Window navigation and “Desktop left” in Custom. At first, this made me think that some options were missing and caused some confusion.
Also, I know this isn’t about the app itself, but it would be great if you could add a rest for the ring and pinky fingers and increase the pulling rate in the next MX Master…

Improvement of setting
I really love the MX Master S3 mouse. It has a perfect size and feel. The only thing which bothers me is the speed of the horizontal scroll wheel. I've already set it's speed to 100% which still feels very slow and bothering. I would appreciate a higher limit of the horizontal scroll speed, maybe 150% or even 200%

Using too much memory. Mac version.
All I want is to use the forward and back buttons on my trackball, but Logi Options+ consumes 80MB of memory.
The Nintendo 64 ran Super Mario 64 perfectly well on just 4MB of memory, yet Logi Options+ is using ten times that. I suppose ten Marios and Bowsers must be battling it out inside my trackball.
Please create a lightweight driver, or talk to Tim Cook about adding native support for forward and back buttons on macOS.

Settings are often lost and reverted to the defaults
I'm writing to express my frustration with a recurring issue: I've lost all my custom settings three times in the past two months. This is incredibly disruptive, especially during critical moments when I rely on my shortcuts to work efficiently.
I've tried logging in with an account, thinking it might sync my settings, but the problem persists. It seems that my customizations aren't being saved permanently. It would be great if there was an option to save settings as a file, making it easier to transfer them to another computer or share with colleagues.
Additionally, the software's "AI Prompt Builder"…

Start menu button triggers other apps
when i'm hitting the "start" key on windows os, it opens me a few features, one note, notification bar , volume decrease, but not the start menu...., if o close the option , from options+ , it only decreases the volume. how can this situation be resolved.

CPU überlastet
Die CPU-Nutzung des "Logi Options+" liegt ständig bei 16%. Das ist viel zu viel. Ich muss den Task Options+ immer beenden, sonst wird der PC zu heiss.

特别在意侧边自定义按钮这个功能，以为可以定义为侧边键能切换已连接过的设备，结果定义不了……
希望自定义灵活性更全面，比如：
1.可以将已连接设备切换功能定义到滚轮后的中键上（或侧边键也行），并且只在已经连接过的设备之间切换，毕竟大多数人常用的设备就一两个；而且切换频率高的话，也不用把鼠标翻过来切换（还默认得在3个设备间切换，哪怕只连接过过2个）。
1.侧边键可以分别定义为滚轮速度+、-就好了，调节更方便，每点击一次侧边前键可以增加10%速度，每点击一次侧边后腱可以降低10%速度。1 vote -

Bring back Cap Lock Disable
Spend more time on your core products and customer concerns and less time on AI Prompt Builder and Smart Actions. The earlier versions of your software we much, much better - at least it had Cap Lock disable.
