Bring back DPI switch overlay
I updated to the newest version of the app and noticed there's no overlay anymore when i use the button to switch between DPI settings. I want that back. It helped me to adjust DPI whenever i needed it.

Logi+ Options Causing Constant Excel Clipboard Errors
Per reports online, your Logi+ Options app is triggering constant Clipboard Errors in Excel. I'm getting a dozen a minute saying "We couldn't copy the content to the clipboard because it's in use by another application." I don't want your software connected to my clipboard for any customizations and I certainly don't want you causing so many errors in Excel. Please fix this!

Duplicate Actions
Add “Duplicate Action” feature to Logi Options+
Sometimes I want to create a new Action that is very similar to an existing one. Right now, I have to rebuild it from scratch.
Please add a duplicate Action feature that lets me copy an existing Action and then edit the copy without affecting the original. This would make it much easier to create variations of Actions and would save a lot of repetitive setup.

F1-F12 switch back to defaul smart mode after every update
Hello. I am the owner and user of logitech mx keys mini. After every update of logi opttions+ the settings of F1-F12 keys switch to "smart" utilities. Without me changing it. And it cost me serious troubles. Who on Earth makes changes to defaul after update without user input? Why must I discover that my F1-F12 keys doesn't work without any input from Logi options+, in the most important moment when I have no time to change settings back? Most Crucial TurnOffs for New Users, And User interface changes needed.
Hello. While Creative Console got a HUGE potential, and the software is decent, i will adress the elephant in the room making many people give up/quite before even properly setting it up (comming from someone that switched over from the competition) :
Making actions is much harder/slower than needed. Implementing shorcut / hotkey support for managing actions is crucial : CTRL C / V to copy paste same action and easily edit parameters, Del to remove an action, arrow /enter etc.

Order in which modifiers are applied in relation to click
Should be able to select modifier keys + click, instead of just click + modifiers. Common action I use is CTL+ALT, held, then Left Click, held to navigate multi directional scrolling without affecting the normal click functions. This does not seem to be possible with the way modifiers are currently applied.

Keyboard missing from App will not wake up
I'm in Windows 11 Dev channel latest build but have problems with my Keyboard it will not wake sometimes have restart my PC to get it to work. It maybe blue tooth issues but my keyboard does not show on the App.

Your support & products are horrible!
If I knew how hard it is to get support from you idiots, I would have never purchased your products!
On multiple occasions your chat simply closes the chat and forces a restart - if you cant man your chat support - don't offer it!You keyboard consistently loses connection and I am trying to get help for it.... I have other cheaper no-brand' models that maintain perfect connections.... so goes to show the quality of your products!

Det hadde vært en fin funksjon å kunne endre navn på de ulike produktene, eller i det minste kunne legge til et alias. Jeg har de samme ergonomiske produktene på jobb som hjemme, og det hadde vært fint å kunne navngi de slik at jeg vet hvilen som hører til jobb og hvilken som er privat dersom det er problemer med tilkoblinger eller lignende.

「更新を自動的にインストール」をしないよう設定しています。しかし更新ファイルのダウンロードは自動的に行われ、その間サイドホイールやサイドボタンに割り当てた操作が停止します。業務としてデザイン作業を行っている最中に発生すると、頻繁にサイドホールとサイドボタンを使用しているので作業に差し支えています。
更新ファイルのダウンロード中にも、再度ホールとカスタマイズしたサイドボタンが無効にならないよう改善を求めます。
あるいは更新ファイルの自動ダウンロードをしないように設定できるよう改善を求めます。その際は「更新ファイルがダウンロード可能」の通知を出してもらえれば、業務外の時間でダウンロード・インストール作業を手動で行えるので、業務に支障が出ずに助かります。1 vote -
Backend Connection Problem
Can we actually get a Update that is meaningful? by that i mean a fix for the "Backend Connection Problem" which occured for me since i installed Windows 11, since then Logioptions+ does not work, cant log in to my account and none of my keys work.
also what i did already:
-Reinstall Logioptions+
-Clean reinstall by deleting Appdata roaming folder of logitech+, uninstall, install and restart PC
-ending logioptions task in task managernone of these solutions work, its a program issue and seem to have issues with windows 11.

Can you finally fix the host switching delay? For example, I move the mouse to a neighboring host while holding down the Ctrl key, then immediately move the mouse back to the previous host — and my mouse and keyboard always get out of sync, i.e. the keyboard stays on one host while the mouse is on another. It’s really annoying. Same issue when using the action ring.

Fix the firmware please? I'm about to throw my mouse into the trash
Can you please fix the firmware instead of pushing more nonsense AI features? I've been using a Macbook Air with MX Master 3S, and the firmware has been confusing mouse clicks with trackpad clicks for days now. And I have to reinstall the app every single time this happened

Disapointing Linux Support Again
full linux support! I have a mx mouse & keyboard. I recently got a ergo trackball. Both claimed linux support... very minimal effort to really support linux. My main desktops are opensuse linux which gives me mouse controls, but none of the special programable button functions. I hope you can address this lack of software control with your products soon.

fn for language switch (mirror Mac keyboard)
Hi Logitech Team, I really enjoy the keys of MX Mini for Mac. However, one thing annoying me: the "fn" key! It does not mirror the Mac keyboard function which allowing me to switch among languages with a single press. I know Ctrl + Space can do the trick, as well as configuring one of the Function keys. But they are just not as convenient as a single press on "fn". I would love to have an option in the Setting that give "fn" key its original function as Mac keyboard. And I believe that's the muscle memory for many…
