If I knew how hard it is to get support from you idiots, I would have never purchased your products!
On multiple occasions your chat simply closes the chat and forces a restart - if you cant man your chat support - don't offer it!

You keyboard consistently loses connection and I am trying to get help for it.... I have other cheaper no-brand' models that maintain perfect connections.... so goes to show the quality of your products!
