Hi deedoo,
Thank you for sharing the feedback. With regards to ability to cycle through the last profile page to the first (and vice versa) has stopped working, we have fixed the issue in the latest version 1.89.705126, can you please update the Options+ to latest version and see if that helps?
Regarding long-press shortcut to the first and last profile pages has also stopped working, this functionality has been replaced with a new feature. Please refer to the image provided below for additional details.

If you prefer the old behavior, you can easily reassign the "Print Screen" command within the software.
