    Hi There,

We would like to know more about this. Can you please provide the following details?

    1) Are you using an action that is already present in the profiles, or you're trying to setup a new action?
    2) If its a new action, what kind of "Action" you're trying to setup? e.g. "Shortcut", "Multi-action"
    3) If possible can you share the screenshot?

    Regards,
    Praveen
