Primary Buttons on Left Handed Mouse
Why can't I change the main buttons on the left handed mouse? It doesn't make sense the way you set it up. The left/middle finger button should be for selecting things (the primary button) and the right/index finger button would be the secondary button

MX Master 3 button settings reset in Logi Options+ after Outlook updates
Logi Options loses the custom button configuration of the MX Master 3 in MS Outlook. After every Outlook update I need to reconfigure the buttons. It would be very helpful if the customisations remained stable.

Software bug in 19th august 2025 update
after the latest update of 19 august 2025 my mouse started misbehaving and sometimes the buttons are not working and iam not able to use gestures on any button and i know this is a software bug

Better Info, Better help
I went to get some help on my keyboard, but the first thing I have to do is identify the keyboard. there's nothing on the back that tells me the model number. the app doesn't tell me. the link from the app just took me to a generic start page, so rage quit. all of this could be easier. the app should identify my keyboard model. the link from the app, from the keyboard, should take me to help on MY keyboard, not a generic landing page.

Wenn eine MX Tastatur und MX Maus über einen gemeinsamen Logitech USB Dongle (Unifying oder Bolt) mit PC 1 verbunden sind und beispielsweise die Tastatur von PC 1 auf PC 2 umgeschaltet wird, wechselt die Maus entsprechend auch auf PC 2 um, sofern Maus und Tastatur hier ebenfalls über einen gemeinsamen Empfänger verbunden sind.

craftのバックライトがOFFの設定でも付いてしまう
キーボードのcraftがoption+に対応したのは嬉しいのですが、キーボードの設定で「バックライト」の設定をOFFにしているにも関わらず、デスクトップから他のアプリケーションに移動するとバックライトが付いてしまいます。
個別に設定するところもなければ、どこにも
OFFにするところがないので、バグかと思いますが、修正をお願いします。（craft → 設定 → バックライトはもちろん「OFF」になっています。それでも起こっています）

ZERO k400 support any app, any os mac
Why do you not allow my k400 to have ANY use on a mac as far as your app goes? Completely 100% useless. Thanks for showing you care. TERRIBLE. There's NO EXCUSE.

App Fails at reboot
Every time my system reboots the logitech app fails to load so my print-screen custom button fails to work. I'm forward to cntrl-alt-delete -> open task manager - forcibly shut down all Logitech apps and then rerun this one manually. Every time my PC restarts and often when it wakes up from sleep, though not every time.

Es wäre wirklich extrem hilfreich, wenn man den "Easy Switch" Button der MX Master 3S auch auf eine andere Taste als die unter der Maus legen könnte. Es ist mir völlig unverständlich, wieso man diese Funktion nicht bereitstellt. Für einen Switch zwischen verschiedenen Geräten muss man immer die Maus anheben und die Spezialtaste drücken, obwohl man "oben" genügend alternative Tasten hätte, die der normale Anwender sonst sowieso niemals braucht.

Buttons not working
Mouse buttons not working with the latest update. I have to restart my computer to open the app to fix the buttons multiple times a day.
