Mouse Connection Sucks
My wireless mouse starting acting problematically by appearing to lack connection so I removed the device from Logi. Now it will not locate it, despite being connected by a unifying receiver. This makes your product completely useless to me. Please advise how to get this piece of garbage to connect before I throw it away and never buy another Logitech product again.

problems
i used to love logitech products, but my experience with ergo trackball has been subpar. i believe its the logi hub, and its poor execution. either the team tasked with its upkeep isnt doing so, or theyve given up. the cursor goes wonky all the time. sometimes removing the dongle does the trick but i shouldnt have to do so 4-12 times daily. even when i open the logi hub it wont recognize the device as being active. every keyboard and trackball I've bought this year for my business has not been logitech and have worked better. which saddens me.…

INACTIVE KEYBOARD WITHIN 2 TO 3 SECONDS AND LIGHT TURNS OFF
Writing from Australia, it is such a good keyboard but people are returning it because of annoyance with the back light AND INACTIVE STATE WITHIN 2 TO 3 SECONDS, please update the software so that back light can be turned on for longer time in mx mechanical mini. By not doing this you are losing your market share.

Action Ring and Haptic Feedback
Please let an action ring profile to be exported or duplicated to app specific action ring setup!
The haptics are great but I hope they;ll be used for more events such as errors, some notifications and maybe enhance the navigation experience (drag n drop, gestures feedback, etc).

Options upgrade to Options+ not smooth
I hadn't used your Options app for my MX Anywhere 2S mouse for a long time but opened it today 2025 October 04 just to see if there was a battery meter for the mouse that could be installed on task bar, or something like that. I've missed the 3 s LED light status and don't recall seeing a low battery notification recently and have run out of battery power a couple of times recently. Settings reset after update
Please can you make settings persist when software updates. I don't want notification from caps lock, num lock, scroll lock, fn lock. Every update turns it back on, drives me mad.

Action Ring missing for the mx master 4
Hi,
I recently purchased a mx master 4. And there is a problem about the action ring. I found out that it often couldn't be triggered when pressing the button.For your information, I've updated both the mouse's firmware and the Option+.
Hope this problem can be solved quickly with a new revised firmware. And I understand this is a common issue when releasing a new product like this. So wish you luck and look forward to your improvement.

This app is such a soulless corporate spaghetti code monstrosity. The first thing I see opening the app is four blinking lights all rambling about offers and AI "prompt builders" clearly forced into the app by the VP suite wanting to act like they're in touch with reality. All while the actual core features I'd care about are nowhere to be seen. M500s scrolling sometimes doesn't work
M500s. Проблема с колесиком. Быстрая прокрутка периодически (иногда) не работает, - ничего не прокручивается. Когда переключаешь кнопкой на пошаговую прокрутку и затем снова на быструю, то всё чинится и работает.

Allow users to reorder devices in UI
Please allow users to reorder devices in the user interface. It would be great to have my keyboard and mouse appear the same way they are actually laid out on my desk rather than swapped left and right. If you have to have a default, most users are right handed, but the mouse appears on the left side and then the keyboard on the right in the current UI.

FIX MX MASTER 4- AM RETURNING
MX master 4 needed to be able to use the new button as gesture button. i am returning this mouse for that reason, and i will buy it again if you fix that.

Can lose original actions ring
I filled my Actions Ring and started a new one. However, the original one disappeared. Recommend you have the ability to set as many as 3 Actions Ring.
