My wireless mouse starting acting problematically by appearing to lack connection so I removed the device from Logi. Now it will not locate it, despite being connected by a unifying receiver. This makes your product completely useless to me. Please advise how to get this piece of garbage to connect before I throw it away and never buy another Logitech product again.
