i used to love logitech products, but my experience with ergo trackball has been subpar. i believe its the logi hub, and its poor execution. either the team tasked with its upkeep isnt doing so, or theyve given up. the cursor goes wonky all the time. sometimes removing the dongle does the trick but i shouldnt have to do so 4-12 times daily. even when i open the logi hub it wont recognize the device as being active. every keyboard and trackball I've bought this year for my business has not been logitech and have worked better. which saddens me. i hope you get your brand together and become a market leader again, or act like one, best regards....
