   最新バージョンになってからWindows11起動時にソフトウェアがたちあがらなかったり、起動せずぐるぐる読み込み中のまま永遠ループするようになった。タスクからすべてのLogi系アプリを強制終了し立ち上げなおさなければならない事が多い。

2. Suggestion: Include Refresh Page Feature Like Chrome

   Please add a “Refresh Page” option in the Recommended Actions menu, similar to how it appears in the Chrome browser. This option is currently missing in the Comet browser, and adding it would make navigation more convenient.

3. Missing Refresh Option in Comet Browser

4. Lack of option for gesture sensitivity

   Please add sensitivity settings for gestures. In the new Options app, trigger threshold is too high compared to the old one, making gestures non-responsive.

5. crownkey tap when tapped from the side

   version 1.96.781095 the tap of the crown button not working anymore in applications like spotify showing the quick menu and also nog working in the action ring menu.

11. suggestion to improbe Logi for iPad users

    Hello, why isn't there any Logi app for iPad? I use my keyboards on iPad all the time and cannot update my MX Keys features like backlight duration, customisation? Mot sure why but even if you cannot make an app, how about have a web interface where I log into my Logi account online and I can sync across my custom key settings via the web interface..? What is the reason you you cannot make app for iPad? I'm very disappointed cos of this!!

12. Keine Anmeldung, keine Registrierung

    Man kann alles verschlechtern. Logi Options gehört dazu. nicht einmal ein Konto kann ich erstellen, geschweige denn den Sender auswählen. Ich habe 2 keyboards, die ich jeweils mit einem anderen Sender verbinden möchte, was mit SetPoint problemlos geht. Also werde ich Options wieder deinsatllieren.

15. Mouse Connection Sucks

    My wireless mouse starting acting problematically by appearing to lack connection so I removed the device from Logi. Now it will not locate it, despite being connected by a unifying receiver. This makes your product completely useless to me. Please advise how to get this piece of garbage to connect before I throw it away and never buy another Logitech product again.

    i used to love logitech products, but my experience with ergo trackball has been subpar. i believe its the logi hub, and its poor execution. either the team tasked with its upkeep isnt doing so, or theyve given up. the cursor goes wonky all the time. sometimes removing the dongle does the trick but i shouldnt have to do so 4-12 times daily. even when i open the logi hub it wont recognize the device as being active. every keyboard and trackball I've bought this year for my business has not been logitech and have worked better. which saddens me. i hope you get your brand together and become a market leader again, or act like one, best regards....

18. INACTIVE KEYBOARD WITHIN 2 TO 3 SECONDS AND LIGHT TURNS OFF

    Writing from Australia, it is such a good keyboard but people are returning it because of annoyance with the back light AND INACTIVE STATE WITHIN 2 TO 3 SECONDS, please update the software so that back light can be turned on for longer time in mx mechanical mini. By not doing this you are losing your market share.

19. Action Ring and Haptic Feedback

    Please let an action ring profile to be exported or duplicated to app specific action ring setup!
    The haptics are great but I hope they;ll be used for more events such as errors, some notifications and maybe enhance the navigation experience (drag n drop, gestures feedback, etc).
    Great hardware (except for the scrollwheel click sound and feel - feels cheap), hoping for the software to follow!

20. Options upgrade to Options+ not smooth

    I hadn't used your Options app for my MX Anywhere 2S mouse for a long time but opened it today 2025 October 04 just to see if there was a battery meter for the mouse that could be installed on task bar, or something like that. I've missed the 3 s LED light status and don't recall seeing a low battery notification recently and have run out of battery power a couple of times recently. The app told me my mouse isn't supported by Options anymore and I was asked to install Options+, so I went ahead. The process was a real schmozzle, capped off by asking to download it a number of times and the message saying "... click to install...' being a pop-up which persisted for about 3 seconds, so of course I missed that the first time, but to get it to come up again, I had to download again. After all this, there was really no indication that I had actually updated to Options+ other that the app saying the mouse wasn't supported by Options and providing a button saying to use Options+, which seemed to allow the app to work. After closing the app, I checked my Start menu to see what was there. Logitech > Logitech Options was still listed so I clicked it and it started installing Options, which I cancelled. Then I noticed there was a new listing for Logi > Logi Options+ with something else called Logi Bolt, which doesn't seem to do anything, although an internet search told me what it is. Anyway, not a smooth process at all. Probably because I'm using an older product. A few instructions: about your naming change, to delete the old Start menu listing, and what Bolt is would have made this go much more smoothly. I'm not sure what the multiple downloads were all about. And, what's that pop-up "click to install" all about? Perhaps testing my gaming skills )of which I have none)? At least my mouse still works. In case it makes any difference, I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 on a 11-ready laptop and plan to upgrade to 11 soon.
