1. Program t preventing shutdown

2. MOUSE IS NOT CONFIGURING

   Mouse is not configuring even though it is connected. It has been doing it for hours/days. See screenshot attached.

3. Add modifier keys back from options to options+

   In logitech options you used to be able to set the forward/backward buttons to be modifier keys alone (shift, ctrl, alt, etc..) and now its required to make them an "advanced click". I had used the modifier setting in my workflow to the point where I now rely on it, but my replacement mouse wont operate on Options, and requires options+. Please PLEASE put back the modifier functionality. In revit, revizto, and a variety of other 3D apps its crucial to use these modifier keys all the time, if I need to use the keyboard it make it two handed, but if I can use these keys via the mouse it increases my workflow so much. I'm begging, give the functionality back.

4. zoom scroll!!!

   Hi guys, I've just upgraded from Logi Options. Huge regret, because this new one doesn't have Zoom Scroll, which is so so so important to designers. Smart Zoom is absolutely useless!

5. Settings resets when software updates

   I have MX Master 3. With every logi Options+ software update my settings resets. I have enabled smartshift for safari web browser but it always disables when the software updates and it is so annoying. just for that i had to turn of "Automatically install updates" please fix it

6. Smooth Horizontal scrolling On/Off Option, bug for horizontal+vertical simultaneous scrolling

   Hi, I noticed there's smooth scrolling for the horizontal thumbwheel, and that's good. However, when I scroll horizontally and then vertically right away, the smooth horizontal scrolling makes the experience glitchy and annoying because it resets the horizontal scroll when I do the vertical one.
   In this cases I would like either for that to be fixed, or to be able to turn smooth scrolling off for the HORIZONTAL thumbwheel (right now that option exists only for the vertical one). Thank you.

7. Zoom using scroll wheel

   please bring back zoom using scroll wheel option back to logi options +. The previous version of logi options had this functionality, but this one does not. This feature is very important to increase my productivity.

8. Add taskbar icon

   Return back the taskbar icon with dynamic icon to show the battery status/flow status. Also additional submenu with shortcuts to major features would be great. Thx.

10. Bad User experience in badly designed software

    Hi,
    I own several Logitech products. I love the hardware, but, sadly, software has always been bad, often terribly bad, to the point that, sometimes after getting very badly frustrated, I returned the hardware.

    Now, Logi Options+ is unfortunately not an exception. User experience is bad. I am saying this as a fellow designer myself. It looks nice but it is unintuitive, badly communicating with OS, and just plain confusing. I first thought that, it was a buggy first release, but soon realised that it is not the case, it is just badly designed.

    Let me give an example:
    I have Logi Options installed. It notified that there is Logi Options + and it will give more out of my devices. So far so good, it lures you. Then, I installed Logi Options +.

    First, thing, Logi Options is still installed (I am on a Mac by the way), but unusable, it asks me to goto Logi Options +. Why then, they are both still installed? This is even a miner thing.

    Then, I goto Logi Options +. First you need to add your devices. I look at the list, both my keyboard and mouse connects on bluetooth, I have the dongles, but I don't use them as I don't my ports to be occupied. So, I click bluetooth, which opens the Mac Os system bluetooth tool. I see my Logitech devices there, and I click them. Nothing happens. I get confused. I close it. I look at Logi options +. I am still in the screen which was asking to add devices. I think, hmmm... nothing added. I click Bluetooth again. Same thing. I repeat this a few times, get frustrated. And want to uninstall Logi Options + immediately: "Oh, yet again a buggy and badly designed Logi software". I can't find the way to uninstall immediately. So, I give it another chance. Same thing happens. And software doesn't give me any feedback or instructions whatsoever. After several attempts, I find out that actually, when you double click the bluetooth devices in the OS system bluetooth tool, they are added to Logi Options + but the Logi Options screen is not updated. So, I need to go back to see them added...

    Please, please, study user behaviour properly, study how OS reacts to your software, map a proper user experience journey. Give proper instructions in the UI. Don't just make a pretty looking minimalist UI for minimalism's sake. It is painful, especially it it comes with beautifully designed, well functioning hardware.

11. Microphone icon

    The microphone mute notification is always on, should appear just for some seconds after turning it on or off.

    Also, I'm seeing a microphone mute icon on the menu bar, next to the wifi and sound icons always, I don't find an option to remove it.

14. マウスジェスチャーのパンの速度を可変、または高速にしてほしい。

    マウスジェスチャーのパンのスクロール速度を可変にしてください。
    以前のLogicool Optionsを使用していたときはパンの速度が速く、中央ボタンでスクロールするには長すぎるWebページなどが高速にスクロールできて大変助かっておりました。

18. Low gesture sensitivity in Options+

    Hello! I've updated from Options to Options+ and noticed how much further the mouse needs to travel in order for the gestures to trigger/execute.

    Pleasee bring back the more sensitive gestures! Half the time the gesture doesn't even register and multiple attempts are needed. Also it makes it feel less responsive overall.

    Even better would be a setting for users to choose their sensitivity:)

    Why isn't the Craft Keyboard supported by Logi Options+ yet? It's quite strange that I have to keep both apps in order to use both my mouse and keyboard after so long.
