3. Memory leak on MacOS

   Logi Options+ on MacOS Ventura (Latest updates) has memory leaks. After keeping it running it consumes more and more memory (Screenshot taken at 18Gb(!))

4. MacOS gestures messed up when MX Master 3S

   BUG!! I use Macbook Pro and Logitech MX Master 3S right now. Usually I'm using the mouse but once I leave to another room and use Mac's trackpad the trackpad's gestures are either changed to different option (ex. MacOS swipe between full-screenapps trackpad gesture from three fingers swipe goes to off option)

   I use this feature with MX Master 3S on the thumb button. Please fix this

7. Firmware update does not work with MX Master 3S for Mac

   It is impossible to perform any firmware update verification on one of Logi's most expensive mice: MX Master 3S for Mac.

   The firmware update keeps searching for the mouse forever!!! This is absolutely annoying.

   Are there any workarounds on this?

8. Endlich Logitech Craft in Options+

   Ich habe vor einigen Jahren eine teure Logitech Craft gekauft. Ich habe mich damals lange zwischen der MX Keys und der Craft entschieden. Nun ärgert es mich, dass die Craft immer noch nicht von Options+ unterstützt wird, da ich seit dem kauf einer neuen Maus die Universal Cut and Paste Funktion zwischen einem Windows PC und einem Mac nicht mehr verwenden kann. Wann wird die Logitech Craft, die eigentlich nicht anders, als die MX Keys ist, endlich von Options+ unterstützt? Ich bin momentan sehr enttäuscht, da Options+ von den Funktionen auch nur so wie das alte Options ist.

    Sometimes Logi Options+ on my Mac will consume way to much memory on my system. I think it might happen after the program auto downloads an update but prior to restarting the application after the update has downloaded. Performance on my computer drops when this happens. Just typing letters into an email is slowed where the characters typed are delayed in showing up on the screen by a second or two. Once I click the button in Logi Options to restart the app memory use returns to normal at about 60Mb. Prior to relaunching the app, memory use is at over 3GB.

12. App automatically removed previous cloud settings after reinstall

    I just reinstalled logi options and the app automatically removed my previous manually created backup settings!!!

    This feature doesn't work!

    Dear Logitech, would you please take some time and finish the backup feature?

16. Set delay time for Auto-Off Backlit keys

    I know you've heard this before but the MX keys Keyboard would be PERFECT if there was the option to set the backlit keys to always on and/or the option to set the auto off time to something longer, like 30 seconds. The 5 or so seconds that the keys go off is very distracting and for folks like me that type fast but pause often to think, the constant on and off of the key light is maddening. I get the point is to save power but I don't care about that and most of us don't. We'll just plug it in or leave it plugged. Please consider this. I promise you will win big time. The harder thing I have to overcome when telling people about the keyboard is the behavior of the backlit keys. My girlfriend wont use this computer for that reason. Please consider this.

18. LogiOptions+ Memory Leak on MacOS

    There may be a memory leak in Logi Options+ on MacOS. According to Activity Monitor, Logi Options+ is using 2.64 GB of memory, which is out of line for a small utility.

19. Keyboard goes inactive very quickly once typing stops and key illumination goes dark

    I really want to like this keyboard, but ever since the last update, 1.34 I believe, the keyboard goes inactive very early and the keys quit responding. Also, I don't like the fact that the illuminated keyboard goes dark too quickly. Please check on the keyboard going inactive. I have to keep hitting the keys until it becomes "active" again. This is very annoying.

20. Technische Probleme zwischen MX Geräten und Windows 11

    Hallo Team Logi,
    seit etwa zwei Wochen habe ich Probleme mit meiner MX Keys Mini Tastatur und meiner MX anywhere 3 Maus, in Verbinung mit einem Windows 11 Home Version 22H2, auf meinem HP Laptop.

    Während des Tages hängen sich beide Geräte mehrfach plötzlich auf. Beide Geräte reagieren nicht mehr. In der Logi Option+ App wird anschließend bei beiden Geräten eine Fehlermeldung "reaparieren" angegeben. Oft ist es auch der Fall das Eingabefelder automatisch mit einem einzigen Zeichen undendlich lang befüllt werden, ohne das man es stoppen kann z.B. DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD...
    Anschließend kann ich nur noch mit der Laptop Tastatur und das Touchpad weiterarbeiten.

    Gerade eben wollte ich eine Excel Datei öffnen, die sich auf meinem Desktop befindet. Jedoch hat sich jeden Mal die Logi Option+ App geöffnet, obwohl ich diese nicht ausgewählt habe, die sich direkt darüber befindet. Auch beim Versuch etwas anderes zu öffnen, öffnet sich die Logi Option+ App.
    Täglich muss ich meinen Laptop 6-8x Neustarten, um wieder ordentlich arbeiten zu können. Auf Dauer ist das unproduktiv und nervig.

    Auf meinem privaten Macbook Pro habe ich diese Probleme bislang nicht gehabt.

    Für die Maus und die Tastatur habe ich alle Updates auf dem neusten Stand. Diese Probleme sind gefühlt nach einem Windows Update, vor etwa zwei Wochen aufgetreten. Unsere interne IT hat sich das auch schon angesehen und keine Lösung dafür gefunden.

    Ich bitte euch um Unterstützung, dass diese Probleme zeitnah behoben werden können.
