1. Error handling suggestion

   After an update, Logi Options+ is reporting that my mouse is inactive. I have no idea what this means or how to resolve it. Since my mouse is now behaving different, I assume Logi Option+ is no longer controlling my mouse.

   Recommendation: Annotations like "Inactive" should be tappable with information about what it means and how to resolve it.

5. MX3 S stopped working properly. Scroll wheel and show desktop functions are not working.

   My 3S isn't working properly and the new software isn't loading.

   I see an endless "Downloading" icon.

6. Setting changed after update

   Latest update changed my Hotkey settings. Not sure how to change them back. My Screen Capture button changed from my installed SnagIt software to now it uses the Windows Snip and Sketch software instead. Help change this setting back please.

8. inactive shown for both MX Keys and mouse

   I have both the MX Keys and MX Master 3 Mouse on my Mac Mini, system is macOS 11.6 Big Sur.

   When I connect both of them to the computer using the USB, they both show INACTIVE in Option+ for some reason.

   I connected both of them via Bluetooth, only the Keys dropped the connection and yet the Mouse.

   I was wondering how to connect them all with the USB adapters. It seems they have some kind of interference with each other.

   I hope you guys can look into this issue.

10. outlook 2 times in the app list

    2 times outlook in the list but i can only choose one. Since some updates ago I cannot use shortcut ctrl+F4 to set category in outlook

11. Help with Options plus on mac

    I am using an mx master 3 via the usb dongle on my Macbook pro 2017 running 11.6 Mac OS Big Sur. I have two issues that I would like to report. 1, the reason that I am using the dongle instead of just bluetooth is when I connect via blue tooth the mouse is not recognized by the software. 2, I have to hold the control button on my keyboard to complete any of the mouses operations just as side scrolling between tabs in both chrome and safari, and switching between windows with the gesture button and a side swipe. any info or help would be appreciated thanks.

16. Sanfter Bildlauf und Mausrad-Freilauf kombinieren

    Ich finde den Sanften Bildlauf sehr toll, jedoch nur, wenn das Mausrad im Freilauf Modus ist, sonst finde ich den sehr unhandlich und viele Anwendungen verhalten sich blöd (3x Scrollen hintereinander). Ist es möglich, immer wenn ich das Mausrad in den Freilauf schalte, zusätzlich den sanften Bildlauf zu aktivieren? Aktuell Brauche ich dafür zwei tasten. Sanfter Bildlauf und Mausrad Modus. Ich nutze das jedoch immer kombiniert.
