1. Mouse & Keyboard Inactive

   Mouse nad Keyboard often show up as "Inactive" in the app. They work as standard mouse and keyboard, however the features like the side button on the mouse do not work as expected (like back/forward in a browser).

4. Mode Shift Button > Gesture > Custom > Shift Wheel Mode

   Hey!
   I think a feature that is missing is "Shift wheel mode" within the custom gesture setting for the mode shift button.

   ie, I want to keep the same shift wheel mode on the mode shift button, but I think it'd be great to make the button a gesture button too. However, in the custom settings for the gesture functionality, you cannot select "shift wheel mode"

5. Bring back Duolink functionality

   Please bring back the Duolink functionality, where having both the MX Keys and Mx Master 3,allows you to add further gesture control when pressing the Fn button. Really missing that functionality at present.

   Otherwise, I am liking the new look and feel of Options+. Keen to see what further functionality will be added in future.

6. MX Master 3 Mouse scroll wheel Randomly switched to free spin mode without my intent

   MX Master 3 Randomly switched to free spin mode out of the blue. I have it set to rachet mode with SmartShift on. Usually works fine, today I woke my pc from sleep and felt the mouse switch from rachet to free spin for no reason. Checked the settings in Logi+ and was shocked to see free spin option was checked.

7. Smooth scrolling is completely broken - and I found the root cause why

   TLDR: Logitech free spin wheel mice support excellent high precision scrolling, but the software/drivers disable this most of the time for no good reason. Only when certain web browser windows are focused and the smooth scrolling option is on does it work properly. Focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it could be.

   Smooth scrolling is completely broken - I have noticed that, when in free spin mode, scrolling is usually no where near as smooth and precise as it could be, even with the smooth scrolling option enabled.

   As a Windows developer, I decided to investigate this. It seems, if an Edge or Chrome window is currently focused - scrolling is way more precise and smooth - even in other windows. As soon as a window that isn't owned by Chrome or Edge receives focus, however, the scrolling experiences is poor again.

   I investigated and found the root cause - Logitech's code is only sending delta values of -12, 0 and 12 in mouse wheel messages if the window that is currently focused is not a Chrome or Edge (or possibly other web browser) window. This results in a jumpy and imprecise scrolling experience that is not appropriate for a high end free spin mouse wheel. Seems like this might be a compatibility feature or something? Which is strange considering touchpads and other free spin wheel devices don't behave this way - they just send correct delta values as expected and most apps these days support precision scrolling - plus you can always just disable free spin mode on the mouse.

   Logi options/the mouse drivers should be updated ASAP to get rid of this poor behaviour, unless the app under the pointed opts-out of precision scrolling in the app's manifest (highResolutionScrollingAware, ultraHighResolutionScrollingAware), or is in a list of exclusions managed by the user. I am not sure how you expect to compete against other high end mice with this poor behaviour. I used to use a Microsoft mouse with a free spin wheel years ago and it was way better because it always sent the correct delta values except in the situations described above.

   To try this yourself, focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it is compared to when the Chrome or Edge window is not focused.

   It seems I can't attach multiple files here, but see the attached screenshot - I used a free app I found on the MS Store to check the output delta values - as you can see the values are either -12, 0 or 12. If I could upload another screenshot, I'd show one of when a Chrome window is focused, where there are all kinds of values being sent, resulting in far more precise and smooth scrolling. Please at least add an option to enable precision/smooth scrolling not just when a Chrome or Edge window is focused - it is so disappointing how much better scrolling can be but that it is terrible most of the time because of this. I often find myself focusing a Chrome or Edge window when using Word to scroll long documents just because of how much better it makes the scrolling - it should be like this all the time, not just when a Chrome or Edge window is focused.

10. 电脑休眠再恢复后，鼠标自定义快捷键失效，需要重启电脑才能恢复

    我使用了10几年的罗技鼠标和键盘，用了多个型号的鼠标，最烦恼的问题就是，给鼠标设置的快捷指令，比如按下滚轮关闭浏览器标签页这种自定义的功能，在电脑休眠再唤醒后有时就会失效，变成关闭整个浏览器，只能重新启动电脑才能恢复关闭标签页的功能。

12. "t is preventing windows to restart"

    Not sure if it is classed as a bug or not, but it seems when i have logi options+ installed on my pc it prevents windows from shuting down or restarting. The issue goes away for a few days after reeinstaling the software. Doesn't occur when i uninstall it. Tried it on two pc's happens on both of them. They both run WIN 10 Professional with all the drivers and software up to date.

16. Always on Backlight

    Please enable an option to keep the backlight always on in the mx mechanical mini wireless keyboard. I know we do not have the option to keep it on in order to save battery but I would like to have the option of sacrificing battery life for an always on backlight. The on and off of the backlight doesn't work well enough anyways and when I am in a dark room it is annoying to have the backlight off. Then sometimes I'll be in the dark and the backlight will have a very long lag time with turning on. In summary, automatic on and off backlight sucks and it is unfortunate that we do not have the option to keep the backlight always on in such an expensive keyboard.

18. MX Keys going inactive

    Hi,
    Starting to get problems with my MX Keys keyboard going inactive. I can be typing and suddenly the keystroke stop registering on the screen and the light on the Easy-Switch key starts blinking. Switching the keyboard on and off fixes it. Sometimes starting the Logi Options+ app and having it open on the screen fixes it. Sometimes just switching it to another Easy-Switch key and back again fixes it. Not seeing problems with MX Master 3 mouse that uses the same Unifying receiver.

    Keyboard and mouse being used on a Windows 10 PC.

19. Link Easy-Switch keys on MX Keys to linked MX Master 3

    It would be great if pressing the Easy-Switch keys on the MX Keys keyboard also switched devices for a linked mouse like the MX Master 3. Flow allows you to switch both, however it's sometimes difficult to get it to work, especially if each computer has multiple monitors, so I often find myself manually switching the MX Keys keyboard and then lifting up the MX Master 3 mouse to press the button underneath to switch devices, which is a bit cumbersome. Alternatively, adding a Hotkey or assignable button switch both using the MX Master 3 mouse would be helpful too.
