  1. MX Keys for Mac / Windows Layout

    Hi, sadly the MX Keys for Mac doesn't support the windows layout. That makes it only really usable with 1-3 Mac devices. It is a real pain in Windows because you can't access your usual shortcuts in different apps that easy, also if you type an @ or an € you need to rearrange, ALT+TAB is also different and so on... In your beta of Logi Options+ there is an option in the settings to "always keep the keyboard in windows layout" - but it also does not seem to work or affect the keyboard in any way. On the…

  3. mission control stops working

    I use the thumb Button click for mission control. For some reason this function stops working sometimes on my mx master and mx keys.

  4. Mouse & Keyboard Inactive

    Mouse nad Keyboard often show up as "Inactive" in the app. They work as standard mouse and keyboard, however the features like the side button on the mouse do not work as expected (like back/forward in a browser).

  6. Bring back Duolink functionality

    Please bring back the Duolink functionality, where having both the MX Keys and Mx Master 3,allows you to add further gesture control when pressing the Fn button. Really missing that functionality at present.

    Otherwise, I am liking the new look and feel of Options+. Keen to see what further functionality will be added in future.

  7. MX Master 3 Mouse scroll wheel Randomly switched to free spin mode without my intent

    MX Master 3 Randomly switched to free spin mode out of the blue. I have it set to rachet mode with SmartShift on. Usually works fine, today I woke my pc from sleep and felt the mouse switch from rachet to free spin for no reason. Checked the settings in Logi+ and was shocked to see free spin option was checked.

  8. Switch clavier souris de PC1 à PC2 en une touche

    Bonjour,
    Je suis équipé d'un clavier MX key et d'une souris MX master 3. Je les ai associés à deux PC. Un privé et un télétravail.
    Je passe souvant du PC1 au PC2 et vice versa. Je souhaiterais pouvoir utiliser uniquement les touches dédiées sur le clavier pour pouvoir alterner les dispositifs et ne pas avoir à retourner la souris et appuyer plusieurs fois sur le petit bouton qui est dessous. C'est tout sauf pratique et ergonomique. Pensez vous qu'il est possible d'intégrer cette option sur le matériel existant?

  12. Smooth scrolling is completely broken - and I found the root cause why

    TLDR: Logitech free spin wheel mice support excellent high precision scrolling, but the software/drivers disable this most of the time for no good reason. Only when certain web browser windows are focused and the smooth scrolling option is on does it work properly. Focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it could be.

  15. "t is preventing windows to restart"

    Not sure if it is classed as a bug or not, but it seems when i have logi options+ installed on my pc it prevents windows from shuting down or restarting. The issue goes away for a few days after reeinstaling the software. Doesn't occur when i uninstall it. Tried it on two pc's happens on both of them. They both run WIN 10 Professional with all the drivers and software up to date.

  17. Duplicate/Copy/Assing Application specific settings for a multiple apps

    It would be great if we could duplicate App Specific settings and assign them to a new app. Or use an existing App settings as a template when creating new App specific settings.

    There are (at least) two user cases for this.
    Sometimes Options + does not recognize new versions of the apps as their exe file name has changed. So instead of creating a new app specific settings, and setting again every setting, it would be nice to copy the old settings and assign them to the newer version.

  18. Always on Backlight

    Please enable an option to keep the backlight always on in the mx mechanical mini wireless keyboard. I know we do not have the option to keep it on in order to save battery but I would like to have the option of sacrificing battery life for an always on backlight. The on and off of the backlight doesn't work well enough anyways and when I am in a dark room it is annoying to have the backlight off. Then sometimes I'll be in the dark and the backlight will have a very long lag time with turning on. In…

  20. MX Keys going inactive

    Hi,
    Starting to get problems with my MX Keys keyboard going inactive. I can be typing and suddenly the keystroke stop registering on the screen and the light on the Easy-Switch key starts blinking. Switching the keyboard on and off fixes it. Sometimes starting the Logi Options+ app and having it open on the screen fixes it. Sometimes just switching it to another Easy-Switch key and back again fixes it. Not seeing problems with MX Master 3 mouse that uses the same Unifying receiver.

    Keyboard and mouse being used on a Windows 10 PC.
