3. FLOWで[CTRL]押しっぱなし状態

   Logicool Flowを対応キーボードと共に使用してコンピュータの切換えで「CTRLを押しながらカーソルを端に移動させます」を行っていると、[CTRL]キーを押していないにもかかわらず[CTRL]が押されたままの状態になる事があります。

5. Duplicate/Copy/Assing Application specific settings for a multiple apps

   It would be great if we could duplicate App Specific settings and assign them to a new app. Or use an existing App settings as a template when creating new App specific settings.

   There are (at least) two user cases for this.
   Sometimes Options + does not recognize new versions of the apps as their exe file name has changed. So instead of creating a new app specific settings, and setting again every setting, it would be nice to copy the old settings and assign them to the newer version.

   Other user case is when there are similar applications, like different browsers, and you like to have similar settings for them. So instead of making the same settings 2 or 3 times, you could just copy those settings to a new App.

   Other solution for this could be that same settings “profile” could be used for multiple apps. Like you could use same settings for Edge, Opera, and Firefox. But also then it would be useful to be able to copy those profiles to use them as template for new profiles.

6. No Offline Installer for Logitech Options+

   The fact that your new Logitech Options+ is broken down into three separate downloads and requires an open firewall is a bit of disgrace. It's even worse that there is no offline download option available for those that have work networks - you know, like the majority of competent networking teams out there - that don't have wide open firewalls. Not sure why this change was ever even approved when the previous version of the software worked just fine that came as in all in one download.

7. Horizontal Scrolling does not work in any chromium-based application

   The horizontal scroll wheel does not work in many applications, specifically in almost anything that is based on electron or the chromium embedded engine.

9. Smart-shift turning off randomly

   The smart shift for my MX master 3 gets randomly disabled (like really random, no restart, no reconnect or anything). I have never encountered this in the previous Options app. When it happens, smart shift is disabled and by scrolling is locked at smooth (no tactile action). I have to go back to logi+, and enable the disabled smart shift again.

10. Universal Control scrolling not working

    It seems Logitech MX Master and MX Keys don't work correctly with Apple's new Universal Control feature (now available to try in beta). When devices are primarily connected to Mac with Logi Options (or Options+) installed, unable to scroll or use gestures on iPad.

    I don't know if this is something Logitech need to work on or Apple but at the moment it means I can't use Universal Control.

    Others online have reported this issue specifically with MX Master devices too, other 3rd party bluetooth / USB devices work fine

11. Mouse ratchet mode keeps reverting to free spin

    I'm having an issue with the MX Anywhere 3 where the mouse's scroll mode keeps changing from ratchet to free spin. I change it back to ratchet in Logi Options+ but a few days later it turns back to free spin. I'm running MacOS 12.1. Thanks

15. MX Keys for Mac / Windows Layout

    Hi, sadly the MX Keys for Mac doesn't support the windows layout. That makes it only really usable with 1-3 Mac devices. It is a real pain in Windows because you can't access your usual shortcuts in different apps that easy, also if you type an @ or an € you need to rearrange, ALT+TAB is also different and so on... In your beta of Logi Options+ there is an option in the settings to "always keep the keyboard in windows layout" - but it also does not seem to work or affect the keyboard in any way. On the non mac version there is also a shortcut (FN + P/U) to switch between mac/windows layout, also that seems not to work in my case. Is there anything that I can do or do I have to return/buy the windows version of your keyboard instead? Thanks in advance - anything else is just great!

18. Connect Device even though Connected

    After connecting my MX3 for Mac Mouse via Bluetooth — the Logi Options+ screen remains on "Connect Device" rather finding my mouse. The mouse works after connecting, but it is not configurable since it is not found within the Logi Options software.

20. mission control stops working

    I use the thumb Button click for mission control. For some reason this function stops working sometimes on my mx master and mx keys.
