Can't remove custom controls for specific applications
I am trying to get rid of the custom controls for certain applications. So i click the 'x' icon next to it. And it asks me 'are you sure' to which i click yes. But nothing happens.

Options doesn't distinguish between multiple versions of AutoCAD
Tried to add some application specific programming for AutoCAD. I have multiple versions installed though, and though I tried to select the newest version that is what I use 95% of the time, Options would only select the older version, and will not recognize when I use the newer version. AutoCAD is also gone from the list of programs when I try to add another program.

Mac software is too buggy
I am on Mac. My mouse often loses its special button handling. Also, sometimes my scrolling get reset from free spinning to ratchet without my input.

horizontal scroll wheel needs a setting switch to change which way makes the screen go right or left.

Su macbook pro 16 2021 (M1 pro, MacOS Monterey 12.3.1) non rileva dispositivi con unifying. Ho provato due diverse chiavette unifying, ma nessun dispositivo viene rilevato, impedendone la configurazione.

Add modifier keys to mouse buttons for shortcuts
FEATURE REQUEST:
When using the shortcut of the buttons, I would like to be able to map something like CTRL+ALT+MouseButton4 to switch virtual desktops, right now that is not possible, y can only remap only that single button, so my idea would be to be able to add a modifier key to the mouse buttons and assign a shortcut from the ones that are already listed there.

Keyboard Notifications settings
The regular version of Options has a Notifications setting for the keyboard. When in Options+, there does not appear to be such settings. I need to uncheck notifications for when a lock key is pressed. I'll need to uninstall Options+

Side button click registration fails in most apps
My side buttons don't work in any of my games. They also don't work in Finder on Mac. The only time I can get them to work is in Google Chrome. And that's after trying all kinds of shortcuts and combinations across a variety of the apps where these button presses don't register.

Hope the bottom side button functions as ctrl key when pressed and scrolled. so that I can zoom in and out with only the mouse while using microsoft office or internet browser

create new setups reusing a base one
It would be nice to base a new app setup based in a previous one, or either on the general one.
When tweeking the setup for one specific app, one just want to override some specific behavior, this is annoying especially when the base setup is heavily tweaked.
(profesion: programmer, setup: mx3 in a mac, heavy use on gestures as replacement of magic pad)
