Remap the Device Switching Function to accessible area
With WFH being a huge part of the past few years, many users need to use their mouse and keyboard for multiple devices (one of which uses VPN). This renders Flow ineffective, since both devices need to be on the same network. Allowing users to map the device switching function to a button that is accessible without having to physically lift the mouse and interrupt workflow is a huge must. Lost custom config and logi+ request restart
Every 1 or 2 days my mouse MX Master 3 losses the custom configuration and goes back to the one by default. As a workaround I use to open Logi+ app and it detected the mouse and go back to my desired config. However, since few days ago, when I log into logi+ I see a message over the mouse and the keyboard (K380) images 'FIX DEVICE'. When I click on it, it suggest to restart my computer (MacOS). I am totally in love with the mouse but there are connectivity issues like these since the beginning. I wish stability…

ログインすると「すべてのデバイスを自動的にバックアップ」がONになりクラウド上の保存データが初期値で上書きされて設定が消えてしまう。
Optons+をインストール後、設定からログインすると、「すべてのデバイスを自動的にバックアップ」がONとなり、インストール直後の初期状態のデータで、クラウド上にデータが上書きされて消えてしまう。
ログイン後は、「すべてのデバイスを自動的にバックアップ」はOFFにして欲しい。1 vote -
Flow issue: MX keyboard does NOT follow mouse m3 master
the keyboard (MX) is NOT following the mouse (Master 3).
this is on and off issue and really persisting. should be easy to solve and will improve the client experience by at least 50%. really frustrated at the moment having paid so much money to by premium keyboard and mouse.

Crashing and falsely inactive
Hi, after a long period of a well functioning Options+ beta it startet to be poor functioning.
- The app crashes and then wont open. Just stays at the purple window with spinning circle.
- And the mouse often ends up being "Inactive" even though it is not inactive. It is still functioning, but looses all of its saved settings.
- Can i request there to be a "save on mouse" or like feature, so it doesnt have to connect to the app to function like a proper mouse ? When the mouse looses the connection to the app it…1 vote -

이지 스위치를 했을 때, 연결한 마우스 키보드가 동시에 이동 되는 기능이 있었으면 좋겠습니다. Mac OS와 windows OS를 왔다갔다 하다보니 한번 이동할 때마다 바꿔주는게 조금 번거롭네요.

I have a Logitech keyboard. The software recognizes it with an exact photo. It would be nice to also list the model number so that I would have that info readily available. But more important, could you provide the percentage of battery power remaining as Apple does with its devices? Thanks.

MX Key backlight is disabled everywhere, but enables in one app
I have a problem with Visual Studio Code and MX Keys. The backlight of keyboard enables each time when I open VS Code app. The backlight setting is disabled. I had separate configuration for VS Code in Logi Options app, but the backlight was also disabled there. Removing this configuration doesn't help.
It's really annoying, because I have backlight disabled everywhere except VS Code app and it distracts my attention because I do a lot of switching between different apps.
I think the issue started to appear after switching to Logi Options+ app.1 vote -

Logi Option+ 無法設定 MX Master3 移動速度
1.在MX Master 3 的"移動速度設定" 無法使用, 無法使用Options 調整,,其他功能都不見了....
2.我的桌上 使用MX Keys Mini 鍵盤 ,必須使用Logi Bolt 接收器, 滑鼠只能使用 Unifying USB 接收器,, 占用USB.
3. 貴司 沒有數字鍵盤(建議推出 MX系列 數字鍵盤吧), 另外買了一個 微軟 藍芽數字鍵盤,1 vote -
