ANYTHING BLACK WASTING MONEY
Hi I am really frustrated with the whole experience that I am receiving with MX keyboard and mx3 Mouse. The main problem can be summarized as lag issues. Indeed, in a daily basis, i am receiving a considerable high proposition of lag which have a negative impact about my productivity when I am using my desktop. You need to figure out a way to resolve this because I have paid a considerable high amount of money to obtain these two devises. Options+Agent disappears and customizations stop working
Custom buttons stopped working suddenly. Noticed Options+Agent had disappeared from Task list. Options+AppBroker and Options+Updater were still running. Opened Option+ App from start menu and normal behavior returned.

Unifying Receiver Device Mgmt
Please...please please add the "Add Device" feature from regular options to Options+. I spent days and weeks, even with your tech support, trying to figure out why my MX Keys would drop the bluetooth connection only to find it again with a series of random clicks and button presses. Connecting it to the receiver solved this problem, but I had to stumble upon a youtube video with 600 views to figure out the issue.

Devices become 'inactive' in logi+ despite active connection
Devices would occasionally become "inactive" in logi+ despite being connected to the PC and functioning at their basic level. For example, I am able to use my MX Master 3 as a basic mouse with none of my customizations

App stops working, and can't be opened.
When it works, I really like it. But it's not very stable. On my fairly new Surface Pro 7, it hangs up every couple of days, and then my customized buttons stop working, and I also can't open the app. A reboot fixes it, but it's not very convenient having to do this every few days.

Issue with Options+ after PC wake from sleep
Logi Options+ was running correctly. I then put my PC to sleep and turned my MX Master 3 off. When my PC woke from sleep, and I turned the mouse back on, none of the Options+ functions were working. I had only basic mouse function, but no customization. Logi Options+ AppBroker and Updater were still running in the background, but no other Logi processes were running. When I opened the Options+ App from the Start Menu, function returned normally.

MX Master 3 lag
You support is terrible and sluggish as is the MX Master 3 & MX Keys. I am having many problems with the mouse getting sluggish and the MX Keys lights switching off too soon...My interaction with your support was so bad and slow that I dread to reach out again.

Install Options pop up
I am using Logitech Options+ and yet I am constantly prompted by MX Keys keyboard and MX Master 3 mouse to install Logitech Options. It does this by annoyingly popping up a message at the lower left of screen.

Number lock indicator
There needs to be a number lock indicator and some way of it allowing you to set it to be ON when you boot your PC.

Botão de fechar Easy-Switch
Quando estou na tela de Easy-Switch, não tem opção de fechar e permanecer na mesma tela.
Ao pressionar o botão ESC do teclado e fecha e volta para a tela inicial onde contem todos os periféricos, isso faz com que perde a continuidade do raciocinio.
A sugestão é ter um botão de fechar, permanecendo na mesma tela e continuar a navegação nos outros itens.
