FLOW doesn't work on MX Keys
My MX Keys Keyboard is not following the FLOW, whenever I move from 1 PC to another. The only way is to use the "easy switch" which isn't good experience.

K380 Keyboard
App does not syncs the color of the device. Example: I use K380 keyboard with gray color, but the app did not update, the device on dashboard has a pink one. Hoping that dev team will update for this feature

Wheel is too sensitive. Will take time to get use to I guess. Is there an adjustment?

i cannot connect my mouse mx ergo to logi options+. I am using the mouse but i cannot change or add new settings.

Flow issues and problems keep happening
I use Flow with 2 PCs. the mouse randomly stops moving from one PC to the other. sometimes works great, sometimes bad or not at all. MX kayboard does not follow the pointer/mouse . has to be switched between 1 and 2 manually which makes no sense. has to be easy.
I have enabled my diagnostics and usage data. I hope you learn and fix a few things please!1 vote -
Mouse DPI reset when reboot. Only restore settings after open Logi Optiobns+
We need automatic start! Otherwise the DPI I set for my mouse always reset unless I open this drive controller.

Save settings to not make mouse useless at work
We should be able to save settings to the mouse's hardware - at the moment, you have made it impossible for anyone without IT admin rights to use the device work work, which means you're basically only making the mouse usable for home/casual use, and no professional in their right mind would purchase the device. I will be returning it, as you have basically made it useless locking it to 1000 dpi

I have tried multiple times to connect a stupid mouse and it cannot recognize it. I am taking it back and buying another brand!

Please fix "Lock" on Options+
Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S(Options +)
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

鼠标手势-窗口导航方向与苹果系统相反
MAC系统下，touchpad上三指向左滑，屏幕的窗口就是向左移动；但是options鼠标设置里，手势-窗口导航-按住+左移对应的动作是屏幕的窗口向右，很反直觉，建议改成跟系统的一致

frustrating user experience M590 mouse
I have two logitech mouses, the M325 and the M590 and I'm very dissatisfied about the performance of the M590. The M325 mouse works fine, but the M590 mouse has the extremely annoying tendency to occasionally lag, so I frequently can't accurately click on things. I use the mouse a lot and it takes way more effort to ensure I click accurately on things (compensating for the erratic behavior of the mouse).

Eliminate smooth scrolling
Why in the world would you randomly turn on smooth scrolling for everything by default? It took me an hour to figure out your driver was messing with it. I don't want smooth scrolling ever!

MX Vertical missing features since update
This new version of Options has LESS features for my MX Vertical mouse than the old version that was recommended when I got the mouse a year ago. With the old software I could press the button on top of the mouse to change the mouse sensitivity and a box on screen faded in to show the new sensitivity % value. If I held this button down then I could drag the mouse left and right to adjust the saved value for presets 1 and 2. The old software notified me that it is outdated and I should get this…

FIX MX Master 3 Mouse
Fix the MX Master 3 for Mac mouse. This is a well-documented issue. My MX Master 3 mouse failed to track properly from the first install and the problem continues thru Apple OS updates. WTF?
