We should be able to save settings to the mouse's hardware - at the moment, you have made it impossible for anyone without IT admin rights to use the device work work, which means you're basically only making the mouse usable for home/casual use, and no professional in their right mind would purchase the device. I will be returning it, as you have basically made it useless locking it to 1000 dpi
