Roadmap/software support FAQ
Hi, wondering if there's a roadmap for hardware getting added to Options+? Specifically, will the K360 keyboard be added and if so, is there an ETA? Also, it seems like Options+ is the new focus but will the Unifying USB software be supported for the foreseeable future? Thanks

poor movement performance
My MX Ergo keeps going fast, then slow, and sometimes barely moving. the battery is completely full. I've removed and reinserted the bluetooth unifying reciever dongle. I work quickly and this is beyond frustrating.

MX keys easy switch changes both Mouse and KB
Flow is great, but I would like it if i could change from pc to pc using my MX keys as well. Just like scrolling to the edge switches both mouse and KB to the other pc, for a power user that relies a lot on KB, it would be great if by pressing the switch button from MX keys it would also change the mouse to the PC.

Logi Options+ not reliable
The switch to Logi Options+ has been a horrible experience. My mouse consistently says "error" and turning it off and back on does not clear it. I purchased the MX Ergo Trackball Mouse for it's programmable buttons, however, since switching to Logi Options+ they no longer work consistently/reliably, which reduces my productivity.

Need M720 Keyboard support ASAP!
Please support the M720 Triathlon keyboard as soon as possible! Switching easily between devices on keyboard and mouse simultaneously was the main reason I bought these devices.

功能缺失
原来的option按键可以自定义很多，但是option+好像少了很多，升级应该包含旧版本的功能，比如锁定/重启/关机等最常用的指令，在option+找不到了，建议完善，谢谢！

Huge Internet Traffic - Wasting my mobile subscription.
Logitech Option+, just this morning, send 225MB of data and downloaded 100MB. (30MB in the last 30 minutes).
I'm on a slow network, sharing my connection on my Phone, so not only, its makes the connection unusable, but it is wasting a lot of data. Actually, it uses more data than browsing the internet, getting email and syncing Nextcloud combined.
Why? That's not acceptable!

Keyboard still shows as charging when fully charged
It would also be nice to know when the keyboard is fully charged. It just keeps saying charging so I didn't know it was done. I still don't because there is no percentage shown.

Percentage for keyboard
The mouse shows the percentage of power in this app but the keyboard does not. It would be nice to show both and to show when the best time to recharge is by perhaps changing the color to red.

fix lofitech options software
Logi Options + doesn't work on Ventura 13.1.
I enabled Logi Options in the automatic logins panel. All that does it put the computer in a loop every time I start up. The message to enable logins appears, and the login panel shows it is already enabled. Every time I login. What a mess.And, it doesn't run or do anything. I see the task in the active programs but other than that there is no functions permitted.
What does the excel app do, assuming you get it so it runs.
This is macbook pro M1 with Ventura 13.1.

Update MX Mech Mini Firmware to support USB cable use
Update firmware to support USB cable connection so the keyboard is always on and working without any delay or missed keystrokes.

Please fix "Lock" on Options+
Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S(Options +)
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

Backlight timeout customization.
I recently purchased an MX Mechanical keyboard. So far i'm really enjoying my experience. However, Would it be possible to add the ability to change/increase the timeout delay on the backlight? It seems to turn off too quickly for me, and probably others. Thank you.

Give us better control of the back lighting please
My fellow co worker and I both HATE the fact that the light canNOT be controlled better or at all???? we hate how fast it turns right back off.... we hate how we cant just turn the **** light on and have it stay on the whole time were using it?????????

Windows 11 lagging + clicks
After sleep, it hangs on Windows 11 as well. I think you only fixed the issue on MacOS and forgot about the others. Mine is connected via the usb connector because Bluetooth is even worse. There is button click issue that crops up.
Please fix these issues asap.
