Smooth scrolling is completely broken - and I found the root cause why
TLDR: Logitech free spin wheel mice support excellent high precision scrolling, but the software/drivers disable this most of the time for no good reason. Only when certain web browser windows are focused and the smooth scrolling option is on does it work properly. Focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it could be.

key press issue
Many times even if I press one key it appears as if I have pressed it multiple times.
example - I press e what gets typed is eeeeeeeeeee

application turns off
logi options+ almost always turned off when my mac goes to sleep for even a second. always have to click the application to turn it back on. the program is set as programs to be turned on when the computer is on but still. almost always need to turn it back on. Unbelievably annoying and beats the purpose of buying mx series keyboard and mouse.

Keyboard becomes inactive during key hold
Please allow for the adjustment of sleep timers for the keyboard. It often incorrectly becomes inactive while a single key is being held and then requires additional keypresses to become active again.
This behavior does not happen for all apps, but certain games are affected.1 vote -

LogiOptionsPlus belegt nach wie vor 451 MB!
Logi für meine "alte" MX3 Maus nochmal 321 MB!Man findet im Internet viele Kommentare, dass dies sehr unangehnem ist - seit Jahren. Wäre es nicht wirklich an der Zeit kleinere Sofwarepakete zu schnüren? Zudem fehlt mir - wenn es denn schon ein Dongle sein muss - ein USB-C Dongle.

More character for Keyboard Shortcut
Make more characters available to the "Keyboard shortcut". the "[]" or "{}" for instance are unavailable in the popup lists and yet some applications are using them.

Early access options do not enable despite being logged in and have the share diagnostics and usage data setting enabled.

There is inability to change the user profile picture so it shows on website and in app as 'user-avatar' like a placeholder which doesn't look good. Either allow for changing that avatar or don't pretend it can be customized and use a stock avatar that isn't a placeholder.

estoy teniendo muchos problemas desde la ultima actualizacion Estoy detectando problemas en mi teclado Logi MX keys, pero tengo una duda primordial, y resulta que hace algunos meses atrás me había ocurrido este mismo tipo de problemas de que toco por ejemplo la tecla TAB y se enciende BLOCK MAYUS, o sea se pone en mayúscula cuando escribo, y eso me había pasado hace mucho tiempo con una actualización de Logitech. Después de eso se había solucionado el problema, y ahora volvió a empezar a ocurrir, pero no sé si fue porque le cayó algún granito de polvo o si…

App does not save Camera Custom Settings I do.
App does not seem to save the setting I set up for the camera, once I exist the app. I open the camera, and it goes back to all its default settings. There is no save settings button on the app. Please fix that, so that the app would load the settings to the camera, and retain the customization.

Moving keyboard interferes with normal use
Every time that I move my keyboard it seems to generate annoying popups on screen. Why?

Caps lock notification keeps randomly turning on.
I would like it if our settings for caps lock notification stayed off or on depending on what we select. I don't know why but for some reason I keep having to turn it off and it is hard to track down the problem since many things can be causing it. Please save our settings so we don't have to manually change it. It gets especially annoying if I am doing some work or playing a game and every press of the capslock key causes a notification to pop up.

fix the scrolling sensitivity
M705 Marathon mouse scrolling:
The wheel is very sensitive, too much. Hovering over documents will trigger scrolling, it is very annoying, almost impossible to use this mouse. The wheel seems cheaply made/poorly designed. Using the Logi Options+ and it doesn't allow to adjust the wheel sensitivity.1 vote -

Your app fails miserably if there is more than one user on Windows and each has their own custom keyboard settings.
