Allow ACTUAL smooth scrolling for any apps the user designates, like Cubase. I'm having to use a HACK WORKAROUND because you hard-code only four apps in to respect this setting.

Your users use more than just Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox, because DUH, we actually are content creators, many of us.

It's inconceivable to me that you put in a toggle switch for smooth scrolling in custom apps that DOESN'T ACTUALLY WORK: there is no change whether it's toggled on or off in e.g. Cubase, which could really, really benefit from smooth scrolling on Windows (it scrolls smoothly be default on Mac).

These are the kinds of things that really, deeply frustrate your existing userbase: you don't respect us to make our own decisions, clearly. You act like browsers are the only things that matter to anyone. You couldn't be more wrong.

The fact that this hasn't been addressed long, long ago tells me a lot about where your priorities are as a company, and I think it needs to change. SUPPORT CONTENT CREATORS, not just people who only use web browsers with your software. This is not hard to figure out.
