1. MX Master 3S: Side Scroll Not Working

   Every single day, I have to force close all logi options processes and relaunch, turn my mouse off and back on then change the side scroll option to something else then back to side scroll just to get it working. This is a $150 mouse that should not be having these issues. Please, this has been an issue for years with these mice, this is awful. I just want my baby boy to work, my baby boo, my favorite mouse, its held together with duct tape and broken promises.

   Went from a MX3 with no issues to a MX3s that lags like **** every other minute. Sort it out, when I spend £80 on a mouse this shouldnt happen!!!!!!!!!!!!

4. S**T software

   I wish this software wasnt so rubbish it really lets your products down, forget AI it is a waste of your time, focus on making the thing work properly I often get the spinning wheel for ever when I open (this has been going on for 2-3years now with no fix not even a work around) and have to uninstall and re-install and since you cant be bothered to sync settings like you used to I have to set it all up from scratch again

5. Notificación y configuración

   Me acabo de comprar el mouse LIFT, que por cierto, te levanta la mano pero no puedes levantarlo fácilmente, y estaba configurando algunas cosas del mismo en la aplicación del escritorio. Tengo un teclado k380 que, al no tener luces de retroalimentación en las teclas como el bloq mayus, pues me avisa en pantalla cada que hago uso de la tecla, lo que me parece fantástico pues así sé en qué estado se encuentra, qué activo o desactivo. No pasa lo mismo con el mouse. Quería sugerir que al cambiar la velocidad del puntero, algo te indicase, aunque al instante tú notarías el cambio de velocidad, ayudaría que de la misma manera que en el teclado, apareciese una pequeña notificación temporal abajo al centro diciendo la velocidad a la que se ha puesto.

   Me ha pasado también que al querer configurar las teclas para otro software que no es el que viene por defecto con algunas acciones ya previstas, como los de adobe, me es imposible ya que no permite en los atajos de teclado poner combinaciones de letras (tiene que ser todo con los típicos atajos). Yo estoy buscando poner algún atajo de teclado para Revit, de autodesk y si quieres poner "co" (c+o, o c seguido de o) para usar el comando "copiar" pues no se puede. La configuración de logi sólo te deja meter conbinaciones con alt, ctrl, etc. Además solo me reconoce 1 programa de revit siendo que tengo 5 versiones, lo que hace que haga un cambio posible, pero que no se vea reflejado o no funcione a la hora de usarlo en el revit que tenga abierto.

7. Mx Master 3s

   I have Mx Keys and Mx Master 3s. I connect to my pc with receiver. There is lag when using mouse. The mouse is not smooth. First I thought that problem with my windows, but I have tried on different PC. Same result. I have tried several fixes like turned off usb power save, and etc. No luck. The mouse is not smooth. Even cheapest wired mouse smoother.

8. Logi AI prompt Builder should not be enabled by default

   Hi,

   I was quite unhappy to find Logi AI Prompt Builder running in the background after a recent update, especially because it was ranking quite high on processor usage.

   I never enabled this, it was enabled by default, and yet I couldn't use it because Logi Options + requires you to manually set it up first - so it's disabled, but not really, and it's doing a lot of something, but nothing for me.

   AI usage is under quite a critical lens at the moment globally. I make use of some products so I'm not opposed in a vacuum, but this is a really dark and trust-eroding implementation. I can only assume it was gathering lots of information from me without providing any benefit in this instance, and I have no idea what kind of scope that was or how long it was going on for. I don't really care for reassurances which I cannot verify on this.

   It was rolled out silently. I'm sure you had it in some release note somewhere but importantly:

   • It was never front an center after an install
   • It was enabled by default

   I don't have much trust in logitech now. Consider disabling it by default until users set it up and in-app noise about it and how to enable it

   Finora funziona tutto egregiamente. Un pò difficile solo trovare i programmi per poter utilizzare il mouse in maniera differente dalle impostazioni predefinite di windows come ad esempio giochi vengono lanciati da Steam, Ubisoft o Xbox.

10. App doesn't work if Mac goes to sleep.

    Lastest update is VERY unstable on MacOS. If my Mac goes to sleep it stops working. I have to go into Activity Monitor, force close the process and open it again, otherwise it won't work. And I can't go back to a previous version.

12. Mouse Settings Switch to DEfaults

    my mouse has reverted to default settings 3 times, and when I go to open Logi Options to fix it, it lags on loading, so I have to uninstall and reinstall the entire application

13. El mouse al suspenderse prende la pantalla del computador

    Pienso que sería de bastante utilidad que pudieran permitir modificar el tiempo en que el mouse se apague o suspenda automáticamente. Ya que como no puedo configurar eso hace que la pantalla de mi computadora se prenda cada vez que el mouse se suspende. La única solución que conseguí para evitar que se prenda la pantalla de mi computadora es apagando directamente el mouse, lo que a la larga me parece poco práctico, es tedioso estar prendiendo y apagando el mouse a cada rato.

    Y si prefieren no agregar un temporizador para modificar el tiempo de suspensión del mouse, entonces pudieran hacer que el mouse al suspenderse no haga que se prenda la pantalla del computador.

16. Mimic Middle Button Press/Hold at Thumb Button

    Please allow an option to customize the thumb button to truly mimic the middle mouse button. I have an app that requires use of the middle mouse button to hold-drag to pan. I cannot get more than a momentary click+release from the Thumb Button, even if I hold down the button and drag around.
    This does not work for the stated purpose. (I prefer to not use the roller wheel click as a middle button, due to the zoom control the wheel has. It inevitably zooms in or out at some point while I'm trying to pressing down on the wheel and drag to pan, even though i don't intend to.)

18. Your updates SUCK!!!!

    I'm about ready to switch to another product, but I'm afraid you all conspire to ruin our lives together. I'm sick and tired of the fact that you decide to throw in some new useless feature and wipe out our settings in the process. I have the keys on my keyboards, and the scroll wheels on my mice, set up the way I work and you reset everything to force me to look at your new AI features? All it does it ****** me off. I'm working, I press F5 to run a script, and instead my work disappears giving me a heart attack. Fortunately it only minimized all my windows, but one of these days your going to cause me hours or days of work. Who the **** needs AI added to their keyboard and mouse anyways? Don't get me wrong, I love AI and use it daily. But I don't need it in my keyboard or mouse. I need those to work everyday without change. And the problem is that since I have four workspaces, each with Logitech devices, I have to re-setup everything again since your login doesn't work anymore. Thanks for much for making your **** so hard to deal with and wasting so much of my time. It's such a joy to be stressed out, ****** off, and wasting so much time. NOT!!!!

19. MX Vertical Mouse needs Infinite Scroll

    Please update the Logitech MX Vertical Mouse to have the infinite scroll wheel like the MX Master mice. I prefer the feel of the vertical mouse but the missing infinite scroll wheel is a big downside.

20. Interface missing functions...

    I can't set my buttons like before... I can only set some smart actions... Is that normal? No traces of the AI actions anymore either... I'm puzzled.
