2. flow功能使用异常

   使用的鼠标是master 3s，mac和windows使用的logi options+版本均是1.92.731496，最近出现以下问题：
   1、mac与win通过flow功能连接后，从mac可以正常复制文件到win；
   2、但从win复制到mac时碰到此种情形：
   ① 如果是从win将一张图片复制到mac的聊天框，或者从win的表格中直接复制内容到mac的表格中，是可以正常使用的；
   ②但是如果从win直接复制文件粘贴到mac的桌面或某个文件夹中，就会一直显示XXXXX.pending格式。
   尝试过：
   ① win重新安装了logi options+，没有恢复正常；
   ② 尝试更换了另一个master 3s鼠标也是同样的情况，没有恢复正常。
   是否有人遇到同样的问题，并解决了的呢？可否分享一下解决方法？

3. Logi Options+ On Android or iOS?

   Part of the reason I bought a Pebble Icon Keyboard was to pair it with my tablet and customize the keys. However, I found that I could only download the Options+ app on my computer and there isn't an Android app. The keyboard does work fine with my tablet, but I was looking forward to customizing my buttons. I can only use custom buttons on my computer. :(

4. Android support

   Dear Logitech Team,

   I’ve been a happy user of the MX Master 3S, and I regularly use it across both my Windows PC and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

   One thing I truly appreciate is the Flow feature, which enables seamless transition between devices when using Logi Options+ on Windows or macOS. However, I noticed that this functionality is not available on Android, and unfortunately, Logi Options+ is not supported on Android tablets.

   It would be incredibly helpful to have an Android version of Logi Options+, or at least limited support for key features like Flow. Using the hardware button to manually switch devices works, but it's less convenient compared to the seamless experience Flow provides.

   I would love to see full support for Android tablets, especially high-end productivity devices like the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Being able to use the MX Master 3S with all of its features—including gestures, custom buttons, and Flow—on both platforms would greatly enhance the user experience.

5. Issue with using the CTRL key with the Flow feature

   I have a Master mouse and keyboard, and I use the flow option to move between two computers (which is a great feature). I use the option to also toggle the keyboard over and to use the CTRL key option so that it doesn't just switch automatically when I hit the side of the screen. I noticed that the computer it switches to then sort of "holds down" the control key as if I am still pressing it, so I have to press it again to "unlock" it to use the keyboard.

6. save camera settings or have a default setting.

   I dont understand why every time I try to update my "default" settings, it doesn't stick. every time I join a meeting I have to open up this app and manually change the camera settings. can you please fix this so that the most recent settings will be the default??

    I’ve noticed some performance issues with the Actions Ring. After turning on the PC, the Actions Ring takes noticeable time to initialize the first time it’s called. Additionally, certain actions—such as opening a directory—also take longer than expected to execute.

12. Solution for Ctrl Key Issue in Flow

    In Logitech Flow, there's an option to "hold CTRL and move cursor to edge." Many bugs related to this feature have been reported, and numerous ideas have been suggested to fix them.

    Here, I’d like to propose a fundamental solution to the issue.

    Flow is fundamentally mouse-based, and the keyboard is usually set to follow the mouse. So, it would be more convenient if switching between computers was handled by a mouse button instead of relying on the keyboard.

    Currently, there are An endless number of users have experienced this problem —such as the system detecting the Ctrl key as pressed even when it isn’t, or Flow not working at all even the Ctrl key is holding.

    A more detailed example: In practice, the pairing between the mouse and keyboard can sometimes get out of sync. For instance, the mouse might be connected to Computer A, while the keyboard is still paired with Computer B.
    In this case, even if I try to move the cursor from Computer A while holding down the Ctrl key, the switch won’t happen—because the Ctrl key input is being sent to Computer B.

    To avoid these types of issues, it would be much more intuitive and reliable if were handled by the mouse itself.
    Or just add options for user can select "Hold CTRL and move...." or "Use button and move..."

13. Primary Buttons on Left Handed Mouse

    Why can't I change the main buttons on the left handed mouse? It doesn't make sense the way you set it up. The left/middle finger button should be for selecting things (the primary button) and the right/index finger button would be the secondary button

14. MX Master 3 button settings reset in Logi Options+ after Outlook updates

    Logi Options loses the custom button configuration of the MX Master 3 in MS Outlook. After every Outlook update I need to reconfigure the buttons. It would be very helpful if the customisations remained stable.

    after the latest update of 19 august 2025 my mouse started misbehaving and sometimes the buttons are not working and iam not able to use gestures on any button and i know this is a software bug

16. Actions Ring improve

    I’m currently using the MX Master 3 mouse and I really love the new Actions Ring feature. It reminds me of the item shortcut on the right joystick in Monster Hunter.

    Would it be possible to add an operation like this:

    Long press the Thumb button to bring up the Actions Ring

    Release to close it

    While holding, dragging the mouse in different directions activates the corresponding function

    The movement stays within the activation range of the Actions Ring, so the function is triggered simply by pushing toward one of the preset directions, without the need for precise selection.

    This would make the experience much smoother, similar to how Monster Hunter’s eight-direction shortcut works. I’m really looking forward to seeing this kind of operation. Thank you!

    In a future update, please allow the keyboard lighting to be toggled On/Off and dimmable (not as important). I like to work in a darker room at night and finding the keyboard is an extra step.

18. Options+ not functioning on Windows - October 28, 2025

    I will be submitting a report every single day until the following issue and any issues related, are corrected.

    As I am sure all of Logitech is aware at this point, the Options+ desktop app has not been functioning well for the past few months. I mean, it's been terrible for years, but whatever manager pushed for this update release before it was ready should be fired and given zero severance (do companies even do that anymore?)

    The Options+ app on W10/W11 desktop, as of the most recent update, does not launch. One must open Task Manager and then close all Logi Options+ tasks EXCEPT the Updater, then wait, then relaunch the Options+ app for the app to even work, and therefore the custom functions we paid $100+ to get when buying an MX Master series mouse.

    This is unacceptable. I don't have a coding background, but for this function of the Options+ app to have operated correctly for years and then just...not after one single update, screams incompetence and mis-mangement of personnel and app priorities. Logitech management, and unfortunately therefore the devs, are focused on shoehorning in the most useless form of artificial intelligence just because every other company is doing it.

    Here's a revelation: if all your friend's decided to jump off a bridge, would you follow them? Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

    To Logitech management and its "leadership" (using that term extremely loosely right now), maybe prioritize our BS AI bloatware after your app functions correctly. Your priorities are trash and not only does your company seem incompetent, so does your board of directors, your c-suite members, and your managers who see all of these posts about this issue and do nothing.

    Fix it or fail.

20. Excel Interference.

    Please fix the conflict that "Logi Options+ Agent" creates. When this is running it sometimes stops information from being copied out of Excel.

    If I kill this process, then I don't see any issues copying data from Excel. Till the process automatically starts again.
