  1. Side Buttons double clicks customization

    Hey guys, I have been using Logi+ Options and I am loving it, just thought that you guys can maybe add "double click" customization on the mouse side buttons which would dramatically increase the customization range like someone can have "back & forth" and also on the double let's say "copy & past" just a thought
    please give it a try, it would be helpful and I would use it

  2. Logi MX Mechanical Mini for Mac - Backlight never turns off completely

    I have set the backlight on my Logi MX Mechanical Mini for Mac to reactive (so each key lights up when I press it) but even when I don't press any keys the backlight always remains on for every key even though it's super dim (you have to turn off the lights in the room too even see this). Still, this drains the keyboards battery since it NEVER turns off the backlight completely, so if I go to sleep this dim backlight is still on in the morning when I wake up.   3. Reduce RAM usage

    I've noticed that "logioptionsplus" starts 10 (!!!!) processes, eating 490MB (!!!!) in total. This is ridiculous. Please de-bloat the app and make sure it uses no more than 1MB of RAM.

  4. BACK button inoperative

    When checking the settings for my devices in options+, why doesn't the BACK button on my mouse work to take me back to the previous screen? It is very inconvenient to have to click in back arrow in the upper left corner!!!

  6. Stop forcing update downloads

    I have a slow 14K/s connection, and it seems like every week you are forcing an update download we cannot shut off or control. This takes a half a day to complete and hogs my limited bandwidth to nothing. Could you please only update to only my product that I have, and not your entire product line? You make us DL 300MB, most of which we don't use.
    As a way around the update download, I rename the updater, but this also disables the entire software too. Please let us control how your software downloads.

  7. Hijacking the Print Screen Button

    Support 100% sucks both chat and phone call.
    I would prefer email at this point.
    Chat does not even have my keyboard, K540. I am angry as **** over Logi hijacking my print screen button. This is a known issue with many complaints on Redditt and other places. It does not seem to be in your phone support database because the person who answered was totally clueless. I cannot fathom Logi hijacking my print screen button and the way to fix it is STOP doing it, not some cludge that I cannot figure out how to do.

  8. MX Master 3S Button Actions Stop Working Intermittently

    This is in regard to the MX Master 3S device and the assigning of actions to buttons. Overall, things work, and they pretty much work consistently. However, there are enough times where one of the apps stops working with the button assignment. Take for example, Microsoft Teams. I have the "forward button" assigned to the Mute/Unmute" action, and sometimes it just stops working. It will start working only once I've opened the Logi Options+ app, then it's like it remembers and starts working again. I have button mappings mapped for Windows Powershell / Terminal, and those to will just stop…

  9. Mouse deveria acompanhar o teclado no easyswitch

    Gostaria que, quando eu pressionasse uma tecla do easy-switch para trocar o teclado de um PC para outro, que o mouse acompanhasse a escolha do PC feita pelo teclado. Isso é muito útil quando em uma das máquinas não somos administradores e não podemos instalar o flow.

  15. Logi mouse lacks precision

    The logi mouse pointer has lost accuracy. When I click on an item to open/close/edit it does not recognize the position accurately. For example, I need to hover around a "closing box" until it allows me to close it. Is there some way to calibrate this mouse. Very disappointed and frustrated with this product.

    Ik ga binnenkort mijn feedback overzicht eens bekijken, maar ook deze mag er weer bij .... opnieuw moet ik toetsenbord uit configuratie verwijderen omdat die niet verbonden kan worden en dus opnieuw weer koppelen.

  17. can't pair logitech pebble keys 2 k380s to ipad and macbook air

    bought logitech pebble keys 2 k380s a year ago at first it can pair to my ipad and macbook air but now because i changed a new ipad and i cant pair it to both of my devices anymore, i changed the battery i reseted the keyboard it still cant pair to my macbook air and my ipad 10th generation . a waste of money. it costs me RM178

    Ho il kit M+K MK850, quando uso il tasto per le shortcut della calcolatrice, questa si apre sempre in sottoimpressione, delle finestre web o programmi in esecuzione, rendendo inutile l'utilizzo della shortcut in quando devo andare poi manualmente a fare clikc sull'icona della calcolatrice. Questa cosa con la MK710 non succedeva. La trovo veramente una cavolata! Inoltre certe volte il mouse aumenta la sensibilità per pochi secondi e poi torna alla normalità. E' molto frustrante.
