Allow a bit more window resizing and possibly ensure 'thin' devices are stacked up above 'wide' devices.

Currently I have a mouse, a webcam and a keyboard. This is apparently too wide for the application window max size and I get an arrow pointing left (or right if I move the picture). This is incredibly frustrating.

The app window is about 2/3 the width of the screen so there's plenty of room to display the extra inch or so of white space it seems to want.

Alternatively given my selection of devices, it might be more useful to put the two narrow devices above the wide one, using more vertical screen space but less horizontal.
