  1. 5% Low battery notification TOO low

    "Low battery notification" triggering at 5% is useless. For those of us that like don't want to constantly pull wires out of drawers and opt to have a very SHORT charge cable always on our desk - the warning means when we see it, it's too late to act. Please make this customizable, or set it to something REALISTIC like 20%. I can charge overnight if I know I can use it most of the day from 20% onwards. 5% is panic mode and I literally have to stop everything I'm doing.

  2. Easy switch both mouse and keyboard with one switch

    we need to be able to switch both the mouse and keyboard with just the easy switch buttons on the keyboard.

    so with one button on the keyboard both the mouse and keyboard would switch to the next device

    It's not an idea, it about bloatware: I do NOT need AI on my mouse and my keyboard. This, up to the point where I might change vendor (away from Logitech). Please give us a way to disable this AI stuff!

  6. Logi Options+ Ver 1.90.714605

    After Logi Options+ updated to version 1.90.714605, it will no longer recognize my MX Master 3S mouse and keyboard. Will only recognize my logi HD 1080p camera. I downloaded and reinstalled Logi Options+, but still have the same problem. Software update is a dissappointment, all customer presets on my mouse and keyboard are gone. Do better!!

  7. MX keys backlight schedule

    It will be great if MX keys backlight could set up on schedule. Maybe a smart action - so you can set the backlight ON from hours 20:00 till 06:00 and OFF from 06:00 until 20:00 PM.

  9. Transparent Notification

    Hi,

    When using software or a text editor, the notification panel, like the screenshot in the attachment, causes difficulties because it closes while writing. It would be better if this warning was placed transparently on the side. In other words, it should not prevent the work being done in the background. Good work.

  11. Unreliable Options+ Ruins the User Experience

    Using the Options+ app on Mac has been incredibly frustrating. It crashes often, freezes up, and eats up way too much RAM. What’s even more annoying is that the basic settings aren’t saved directly to the mouse — everything depends on the app. So when the app fails (which it does a lot), the mouse stops working the way I’ve set it up. Why does it have to be this way?

  14. settings keep resetting, app crashing

    my settings keep getting reset. the app is closing or crashing in the background. i have to open it for some settings (button mapping) to work, and i always have to reset scroll settings. super annoying and disappointing. doesnt happen on other mac, does on this mac.

    The "logioptionsplos_agent.exe" uses 11GB of RAM. This is clearly a CRITICAL bug. Please revert the version.

  17. On the K380S, Fn lock makes F12 Volume Down, but Insert always stays Volume Up.

    I’m using the K380S model.
    The Fn button is behaving strangely.
    When I lock the Fn button, F12 correctly acts as F12, but the Insert key still acts as Volume Up.
    By default (with Fn unlocked), the Volume Up function should work, yet the Insert key remains in volume-control mode regardless of the Fn lock status.

  18. laser pointer bug

    The laser button when depressed quickly will advance a slide. This should not happen! I just want to use it as a pointer. It confuses and frustrates users when it does this. Why??? I have all setting for pointer turned off except pointer

  19. xlog_logitech nearly bricked Mac

    Version 1.85.655119
    After updating Mac to Sonoma, over night the Logi app added approx. 340GB of files to the Library / logs folder inside a folder called 'xlog_logitech'

    Caused huge problems.

    l'applicazione Logi options+ genera GB di Logs ogni ora rendono il PC inutilizzabile. Non posso stare ogni mezzora a cancellare quella cartella. Ho scelto di non utilizzare questa app e i vostri prodotti.
