1. Zeit für Tastenbeleuchtung frei einstellbar

   Die kabellose Keys MX ist für mich die perfekte Tastatur. Einzig die Tastenbeleuchtung ist für mich von viel zu kurzer Dauer (5Sec.). Ich würde mir wünschen dies selbst definieren zu können.

2. Advanced click doesnt hold

   why do advanced click options only press once and you are unable to hold them. With old logitech options i had the option to select all the mouse buttons as normal withouth the "advanced" and they would hold the button while pressed. I used to use F keys as mouse buttons but now they are useless since you cant hold the buttons.

3. 希望鍵盤背光能有永遠恆亮的選擇

   您好，我是MX Mechanical的用戶，在使用了將近4個月後，我覺得使用上整體都非常喜歡，但我希望此鍵盤在背光的部分能多一個「永遠恆亮」或是能自己設定幾秒後背光才消失的功能選項，因為當我在房間關燈想展現鍵盤給親朋好友看或是想拍照時，鍵盤的背光總是在5秒鐘後就自動熄滅，無法體驗到此鍵盤背光的美，也讓許多好友取消了購買的意願，我覺得非常可惜。
   希望能藉由軟體更新新增這麼一個小小的功能，這樣我會更有意願推薦給身邊的親友，拜託了，謝謝！

4. Bug Report – MX Master 3S Custom Button Assignments Reset After User Switch

   Subject: Bug Report – MX Master 3S Custom Button Assignments Reset After User Switch

   Description:
   When using Logi Options+ (version 1.90.714605) with the MX Master 3S mouse on Windows 11 Pro, I have customized the button assignments for my user account. However, after another user logs into their account on the same computer and then I switch back to my account, my custom button assignments are reset to default settings or to the settings from the other user account.

   Steps to Reproduce:

   Log in to Windows with User A.

   Open Logi Options+ and customize button assignments for the MX Master 3S.

   Log out or switch to User B.

   User B logs in and optionally launches Logi Options+.

   Switch back to User A.

   Logi Options+ shows that the button assignments for User A are reset to default or match the settings from User B.

   Expected Behavior:
   Button assignments configured by User A should persist and remain isolated to User A’s Windows profile. The customized settings should not reset or be overwritten by User B’s settings.

   Actual Behavior:
   After switching users, User A’s button assignments are reset to default or are overwritten by User B’s configuration.

   Environment:

   OS: Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2, Build 26100.4202
   Installed on: ‎23.‎11.‎2024
   Windows Feature Experience Pack: 1000.26100.107.0

   Logi Options+ version: 1.90.714605

   Device: MX Master 3S

   Both users are using the same physical machine with different Windows user profiles.

   Additional Notes:

   The Logi Options+ Service seems to retain configuration across users.

   Disabling auto-start for User B does not resolve the issue.

   Stopping and restarting the service does not consistently fix the problem.

   Creating identical button mappings for both users does not prevent the reset.

   Please advise if there is a recommended workaround or if a fix can be implemented in a future release.

6. Mouse works sometimes and others times not

   I have a logitech mouse (M310) and keyboard. Everything says it fine, but the mouse just stops working. I can't get it to move. We have tried changing the mousepad; and stopped using mousepad. Reviewed all the settings and the only thing we changed is the speed. I have tried logging out of everything else and still no effect. It will work fine for awhile and then just stop. I move the mouse but the arrow does not. Sometimes it's jerky, sometimes I can't even find it. Other times I just have to stop and try again later in that I can't get it to work. HELP

7. Battery level

   Neat looking app, well done. But there's heaps here more than is really necessary. AI, prompts, zoom calls, this is really confusing, this is just a computer mouse, why do we need all this?. Among all that I still can't find a straightforward way to see the battery level on my mouse. This should be front and center of attention. Likely this is one of the main reasons users seek this app. to see where the battery is at.

8. fn for language switch (mirror Mac keyboard)

   Hi Logitech Team, I really enjoy the keys of MX Mini for Mac. However, one thing annoying me: the "fn" key! It does not mirror the Mac keyboard function which allowing me to switch among languages with a single press. I know Ctrl + Space can do the trick, as well as configuring one of the Function keys. But they are just not as convenient as a single press on "fn". I would love to have an option in the Setting that give "fn" key its original function as Mac keyboard. And I believe that's the muscle memory for many use multiple languages. Thank you!

10. MX keys backlight schedule

    It will be great if MX keys backlight could set up on schedule. Maybe a smart action - so you can set the backlight ON from hours 20:00 till 06:00 and OFF from 06:00 until 20:00 PM.

11. Logi Options+ won't work with Vivaldi

    Logi Options+ doesn't work with Vivaldi anymore, all the custom settings I have for Vivaldi has randomly reverted to default settings and no matter what you do in Logi Options+ they just stay default and nothing works.

    Issue: Logi AI Prompt Builder process automatically creates aioverlaytemp folder in my home directory without my permission. Creating folders and files without permission is very disturbing and creepy. Please fix this ASAP.

15. MX Master 3S Pointer Speed Not Applied Promptly After Sleep

    Operating System:macOS Sequoia
    Connection Method: Bluetooth
    Description of Issue: After my computer wakes up from sleep mode (e.g., after returning from a break), the custom pointer speed settings I have configured in Logi Options+ are not immediately applied. The pointer moves at a slower or default speed.
    Behavior Observed:
    1. Computer goes to sleep.
    2. Computer wakes up.
    3. MX Master 3S pointer moves at the wrong speed.
    4. Sometimes, the correct speed will eventually kick in after waiting approximately 10-20 seconds.
    5. Consistently, opening the Logi Options+ application immediately applies the correct pointer speed settings.
    This issue occurs every time the computer wakes from sleep. It feels like the mouse or the software isn’t picking up the stored settings promptly after the system resumes.
    Expected Behavior: The customized pointer speed settings should be applied instantly upon the computer waking from sleep, without any delay or need to interact with the Logi Options+ software.
    Could you please investigate this delay in applying settings after waking from sleep?

17. Leave settings alone when updating

    When updating firmware or application version, stop defaulting the keyboard option "Use F1, F2, etc. as normal function keys" to OFF. Leave it to what it was set to prior to any update. I have mine set to ON and twice now I've had to go turn it back on. It's annoying and counterproductive.

20. Make Left-Right button swap a per mouse option

    Independent left-right buttons swap for each mouse would be great to have.

    I have two Logi mice (Lift and M650 L) connected to my Macbook Air M1 by Bluetooth. I would like to swap left and right buttons for only one of them, to use one with my left hand and the other with my right hand.

    However, both mice in Logi Options+ applications seem to share the same flag, so it swaps buttons for both mice at the same time.

    Could you implement independent left-right button swapping for mice?
