  1. Devices get unrecognized and settings do not work anymore

    It happens every now and then (mostly when the Macbook was locked or in sleep mode) that my mouse and keyboard (MX Master 3 and MX Keys) are no longer recognized correctly by the software.
    In addition, all specific settings, such as key assignments, gestures, etc. no longer work. To fix the problem, the current user has to be logged out and logged in again. A restart also helps.
    The problem also occurs with the old Options software.

  2. Showing charging percentage

    It would be helpful to see the percentage charge that my mouse has.
    Currently my mouse is charging, but it's awkward to use with the charger so it would be handy to know if it has enough charge to get me through the next few hours.

  3. Some functions doesn't work in document tools

    Hi, I've activated cut function but it never worked on WPS Office, please it needs improvement. I am a fan of this mouse's feature, good job overall.

  4. Geräte doppelt sichtbar als aktiv und inaktiv

    Nach dem Verbinden der MX Anywhere oder der MX Keys über die Bluetoothverbindung sind beide Geräte zweimal vorhanden. Enmal als aktives Variante und einmal als inaktive Variante. Die inaktive Variante ist nicht entfernbar.

    Клавиатура Logi Craft
    Добавьте возможность назначения функций на колесо в независимости от его режима использования. Например в Lighroom на прокрутку колеса можно установить сочетание стрелка вверх/стрелка вниз, а на нажатие и прокрутку смену экспозиции и так далее. В общем хотелось бы как минимум на прокрутку и на нажатие и прокрутку возможность назначить как сочетание клавиш, так и заранее подготовленные пресеты.

  6. Can't open a website with Gestures anymore

    Why is "opening a website" not available for Customised Gestures? I could only open file/folder/application, but not website anymore with the Gestures option. It'd been a handy function for me, but now it's gone, particularly when using Logic Pro.

    Please let me know if I'm missing something. Thanks

  8. Minimize Options & Language TR

    Hi,

    1. Please add options for minimize the program. I hate always closed and open again. Maybe you can create new section

    2. Turkish language can add quickly and easily. Huge turkish users using logitech work, home, game but not turkish selection inside. This is not a big problem, but it shows the importance you give to the Turkish people.

  11. Side scroll is too sensitive when assigned to keyboard shortcuts

    Enable better rate limiting when scrolls wheels are use for keyboard shortcut. Even at 1% sensitivity I can easily inadvertantly cause the keyboard shortcut to trigger many times. My dream was to just do a quick flick up or down and know my shortcut was sent once. It's even harder to slowly scroll in games where I'm under pressure. Id love that quick flick to just use 1 sip of health potion, not drink the whole thing. I'm using AutoHotKey scripts to add all the features the software is missing, so I know the hardware is capable.

  12. Make mx keys quick switch buttons also do mouse

    At work I connect my 2 laptops to different networks so I cant use flow. Can you at least make it when I change inputs using mx keys buttons that the mouse follows it. I have to flip mouse over AND press keyboard button to switch both

  14. Custom Click Actions are Ignored Briefly After Not Using the Mouse for a While

    After not using my mouse for a while (no movement, scrolling, or clicking) the first button press will result in the default action rather than the customised one.

    Eg. I have on of the thumb buttons on my MX Master 3 configured for "Volume Down". If I haven't used the mouse for a while and press it it will perform a "Back" action, and then subsequent clicks will be correctly treated as "Volume Down".

    Editing the mouse button behaviors don't work. If works sometimes, but I always need to reset everything. I always need to run Logi Options+ myself too.

  19. Mute microphone in Zoom, etc.

    Create functionality to assign a function key to mute the microphone in video calling apps (Zoom, etc.). Currently, there is only the ability to assign a function key to mute the speakers.
