  1. Excel scrolling stops responding

    Using application-specific scroll controls for Excel makes Excel scrolling stop responding. I have the thumbwheel set to scroll horizontally, but as soon as I use it once, Excel stops scrolling in any direction and I have to completely close all windows and reopen it, thus making it so that I just don't use the application-specific settings.

  2. Only shows one device

    I have a Logitech MX Keys keyboard and a Logitech M557 mouse connected to an M1 Apple Macbook Air. Only the keyboard shows up in Options+ but not the mouse. The older software showed both.

  3. MX Keyboard not following the MX mouse cursor

    MX Keys Keyboard doesn't follow the MX Anywhere 3 Mouse when switching between computers. This happens 100% of the time. I would move the cursor to where I want to type in the other computer and the keyboard will not follow the mouse at all and will remain in the previous computer where I typed last. This didn't use to be the case with Logitech Options. I didn't have to use the "easy-switch" keys as the MX system is supposed to work together. But since I installed Logitech +, I've had to press the easy-switch keys 100% of the time…

  4. problema opzione flow

    Buon pomeriggio....
    Uso la versione beta di OPTION+ da alcuni mesi, prima con WINDOWS10 ora con WINDOWS 11, installato il 6 ottobre.

    Nella giornata odierna per motivi a me sconosciuti, l'opzione FLOW non funziona più nonstante i due computer siano collegati alla stessa rete con cavo ethernet come sempre stato anche in precedenza.

    Il programma di gestione riattivando l'opzione riconosce l'altro computer come connesso,

    ma dopo aver clikkato su CONTINUA me lo da come disconesso,

    questo succede facendo la procedura su entrambi i due computer, come si risolve il problema ?

  5. MX Keys does not follow Mouse (FLOW)

    MX Keys requires too much troubleshooting to get to work with Flow. Setup process can not be this delicate if you expect a good user experience. It would be so awesome if it just worked like the mouse does. (process involves completely uninstalling everything and doing steps in a exact correct order or else the keyboard FAILS to swap devices with FLOW.

    I've been having problems pasting in Adobe Illustrator since I installed this program. The ctrl+c and ctrl+x functions work but ctrl+v doesn't work.

  7. All is doing great but this bug has to be fixed.

    I'm using mx anywhere 3. Before coming to beta, logitech flow didn't allow cursor from m1 mac to windows pc but vice versa is working fine. But in beta version both works, I can move from mac to windows but from windows back to mac it doesn't work quite well. It's buggy, sometimes I drag pointer to the edge of screen, I can see my pointer on mac moves to align on y axis but it seems like it switches back to windows pc. And I have to keep pulling mouse away, trying to push in and out and in…

  8. Ghost keyboard in Logi+

    I can't remove an MX Keys keyboard from the app. Have tried uninstalling, removing and the keyboard it is still there, haunting me and the OS. Don't want to install the unifying legacy software just to uninstall the keyboard.

  9. Keys and Mouse not functioning as expected

    MX keys and MX Master 3 for Mac both are not functioning as they should. the mission control, forward, backward, Launch pad, brightness up and down etc buttons are not working. Please can you help? I am using the Beta version of Logi Options+ to go with my MacBook Pro 15” 2017

  10. Health check status with my MX products

    Just health score message. I'm able to connect to my 3 MX devices (Keys, MX3 and MXA3) to my MBP. Everything works as expected :)
    Just one known issue with MX Keys not connecting via bluetooth on system start cause enabled FileVault.

  11. Features

    1) How can we totally remove the application? Those that we add in our own in "Add application" feature?
    2) Can you add in Webex conference feature, I always use the Mute and Unmute feature like Teams & Skype. in WebEx mute and unmute is long press of space bar.

  12. Logitech G and Compatibility

    Having Logitech G products as well as Logi products, I would love to use this one intuitive app for all my products rather than having two different apps.

    Also, in still using the fantastic MX Master 2S, I am slightly disappointed this one is not supported on the redesigned app.

  14. Not working when Mac turn on

    Logi Option does not open automatically when I turn on the computer and when I open it manually, an infinite loading screen appears. Every time I have to open "activity monitor" to force close Logi Option processes and open the program again. This is really frustrating.

  20. Logi Options not working

    Hi Team, I'm changing my setting but for some reason the buttons are doing things other than what I've set the for. It says 'Inactive' in the botton left hand corner but not sure if that means anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
