Taustavalo MX key mini
Hei, minulla on Mx keys mini näppäimistö (2214CE1F7D18) ja macbook air. Käytän uusinta sovellusta (1.88.697541). Mistä johtuu, että kun avaan näppäimistön ja haluan vaihtaa taustavalaistusta sovellus muuttuu täysin mustaksi, enkä voi kun käynnistää ohjelman uudellee. Täten ei voi säätää taustavalaistusta olemaan aina pois päältä.

Toggle button/wheel behaviour
Setup for top button to change behaviour of the button/wheel: for example in chrome with horizontal wheel to change tabs is awesome, but sometimes there is a page wider than screen so horizontal scrolling comes handy. Easy swap with top button between theese two functionalities would be awesome!
I knwo the top button was originally for changing speed of scrolling but it is kinda obsolete when there is the MAGSpeed technology with intelligent swapThanks for hearing this opinion out! Keep up good work such you do!

Почему нет поддержки украинского языка. В связи с этим не все возможности клавиатуры MX Keys S можно использовать.

fn 키 오류
fn 기능을 off로 해서 F1 버튼을 누르면 도움말이 뜨는 기능으로 사용중입니다. 그런데 키보드 사용 중에 F12를 누르면 음량이 감소합니다. 다시 한번 누르면 원래의 F12 기능키로 작동을 합니다.

Dwie prędkości scrollowania
Bardzo jestem rozczarowany, ze nie mozna zmieniac predkosci scrollowania, tak jak w przyapdku zmiany predkosci wskaznika. Prosze o dodanie takiej opcji, aby byly dwa rodzaje predkosci przewijania.

4 computers
Should be able to connect more than 3 computers to your mice/keyboards. For example, I hold an MX Vertical, but I have 4 computers I need to use it on. I have to swap the dongle between computers to do this, because there is a 3 device limitation.

MX Trackpad
Can you make a MX trackpad / touchpad in addition to the MX mouse? Many of power users and productivity users don't use a mouse, however the seamless device switch and data transfer would be useful for us as the keyboard doesn't support it.

バッテリー残量の常時表示
トラックボールのバッテリー残量が全く分からないまま、いつの間にかバッテリー切れになっていることがしょっちゅうなので困る
Option＋アプリを立ち上げてもバッテリー残量の表示は小さすぎて見づらい
PCを起動中は常に画面右上にバッテリー残量「だけ」を大きく表示できるオプションを用意できないか？

It doesn't work, period. :-(
It would be nice if it actually worked. None of my Logitech devices are found, although they are both connected through bluetooth, and work. A MX Keys Mac keyboard, and a MX Master 3 Mac mouse.

Symbol Rechts unten Creative Key Pad zu klein
Also seit heute nach dem Update von der Logi Options + App, sind die Symbole auf dem Mx Creative Key Pad ganz rechts unten zu klein. Bitte dieses Problem beheben. LG Fabian

Locking function keys broken
I can no longer use my function keys as normal function keys and my applications require it. E.g., in my Visual Studio development software, F2 is what I press to see properties. But now, as of an hour ago, it changed the device my keyboard is connected to, and I can no longer see the option you had on your main screen to lock the function keys. I'm stuck. Please fix ASAP

MX Master 1st gen is glitchy on MacOS using this options+
The first gen of MX Master is very glitchy on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1. The cursor is very jittery, drifting away and the scroll speed sometimes goes down to feel like it's set at 1%. I have to re-connect the mouse to the bluetooth to fix these issues but they appear after a while again...

Bug Causing Logi Options+ To Stop Working After Sleep On macOS
Logi Options+ has had a bug for a long time (years) on macOS which causes the "Scroll Direction" option to stop working in "Standard" mode after the computer goes to sleep. I've been dealing with this issue on every Mac I've owned for at least the past 5 years.
I haven't bothered reaching out in awhile about the issue because I wrote a quick UNIX shell script that fixes the issue by killing the logioptionsplus_agent which then restarts automatically and it starts working 5-10 seconds later as desired:
