Mouse Ergo S usability
Subject: UX Suggestion: Make scroll direction labels clearer in Logi Options+
Dear Logitech Support Team,
As a user of the MX Ergo S on macOS, I’d like to suggest a usability improvement in the Logi Options+ software.
The scroll direction setting offers “Natural” and “Normal” – however, it’s unclear to many users what that means. More intuitive labels like “Windows-style (scroll up = content moves up)” or visual previews would help a lot.
It would make the experience even more user-friendly – especially for those switching between platforms.

bad UI/UX and missing obvious functions
urgh this app is so horrible, confusing to look at, terrible layout, UI/UX fail., and why can I not set wheel shift as a gesture? How do I set a shift function for the mouse to double up button uses? nothing about this app in intuitive.

Remove AI or provide AI free version
Please remove the AI features or release an AI free version. I enjoy using my Logitech gear at work. My company has very strict guidelines around what AI tools we can use. Having AI built into Logi Options+ could get it placed on my companies software black list.

MX Creative Console Dialpaid Sensitivity By Profile
I would very much like to be able to change the sensitivity of the dial of the MX Creative Console Dialpad. I personally find it slightly too sensitive for certain uses.
Even better would be the ability to set the sensitivity on a profile by profile basis. I don't mind the default sensitivity for the system volume, but in Lightroom or Photoshop I would like the sensitivity turned down for better precision.

SET THE DEFAULT NOTIFICATION FOR KEYS TO BE OFF WHEN THE PROGRAM IS INSTALLED.
CAN YOU NOT SET THE ON SCREEN NOTIFICATION FOR CAPS LOCK AND NUM LOCK TO BE ON? IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIGURE OUT THIS WAS THE PROGRAM CAUSING IT, I THOUGHT IT WAS WINDOWS. THIS HAS BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR MONTHS. I AM CONSTANTLY HAVING TO WAIT FOR THE NOTIFICATION TO DISAPPEAR AS I AM TRYING TO TYPE WORDS BECAUSE THE CAPS LOCK NOTIFICATION HAS BEEN BLOCKING ME OR AT LEAST MAKE SOME TYPE OF INDICATOR ON THE NOTIFICATION TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT PROGRAM IT IS. Informacja o poziomie naładowania baterii
Brak wyraźnej informacji na temat naładowania baterii, dioda na myszce już nie miga ale w aplikacji informacja że jest ładowanie (kolor pomarańczowy też sugeruje że nadal się ładuje), dawniej chyba była informacja w %, powinno byc to pokazane.

Lost Functionalities in Ergo K860 & MX Vertical
with the Sequoia 15.5 update my ErgoK860 and MX Vertical has lost some functionality. The Ergo play song, mute, print screen all the FN functions have been lost. My mice lost its scroll function

I have a K540 Keyboard (and associated mouse, along with your Brio camera. Plugged them all into the back of my monitor. USB cable goes to the computer. With that setup, the mouse and keyboard would periodically drop offline. Once I plugged the Brio directly into the computer the Keyboard and mouse stopped dropping offline.
When the dongle was plugged directly into the computer with one or two thumb drives were installed, the mouse and keyboard would drop offline. Dongle only plugged into the back of the monitor is the only configuration i found that consistently works1 vote -

MX Master 3s latest firmware causes jitters
Latest firmware update on MX Master 3s mouse has made movement jittery, both with 8k sensor option on and off.

Lightweight app - please do not be shady!
Please have a lightweight app for logi bolt pairing. The options+ app is literally r1diculous, worthy of ridicule. I know there are features where a more advanced app are necessary, but if I just want to pair there is no reason to download a huge file.

Smart Actions Issues and App Ideas
Hi There!
Recently I lost all my Smart Actions integrations and can't use them with my MX Creative Console (see attached).
I have a few ideas for the app (specifically the MX Creative console interface) that I'm sure you've heard before.
1. Ability to use our own icons and save colors/templates to Options+
2. Better formatting tools like align and scale to pixel size
3. Trying to emulate a keyboard shortcut (especially with a text input) is very buggy and rarely works.

Bluetooth jittery and drops out
Appalling Bluetooth connectivity with my MX Master S3 mouse - jittery, drop out, reinstalled Logitech app, drivers up to date, new pc, UI discovery dreadful. Regrettable purchase. Mx keys also experiencing drop out. All devices within a meter of each other. Only mobile Bluetooth nearby.
