Stop wiping my settings
Then number of times a person has to set up my mouse/keyboard should be once. It should not be every time logitech pushes out an app update. I literally just did this the other day, and now I have to do it again. I do not care about ai nonsense or custom workflows that don't work. I just want my peripherals to work as intended. You guys are a computer peripherals company... this is embarrassing. Oh also... why does the feedback form in the app show misspelled words... but then doesn't give you a list of recommendations when you right…

Horizontal Scroll in Excel (breaks after moving to different sheet)
For some reason (and it's always been this way for at least 2 years), horizontal scroll only works on the first sheet open when you open an excel workbook. Please make horizontal scroll work on all sheets within an excel woorkbook.

Logitech Options+ forgetting apps after they update on my system
Greetings Logitech Team
I have been suffering from a chronic issue related to custom Application-based configurations and software updates.
For example every time Figma releases a new version, I have to go and add Figma (the same file with the same name in the same directory path) as a new app and configure my shortcuts for buttons all over again.
This issue has been constantly happening and after many years of updates it is getting quite frustrating.
I would really appreciate it if you could fix or suggest a workaround for it.Best Regards,

ポインタ速度切り替えが反映されない
トラックボールマウスを大胆に動かしたいときと繊細に動かすのを切り替えるために、ボタンカスタムでポインタ速度の切り替えを採用しました。しかし、logi option 上ではポインタ速度は切り替わるのですが、それが操作に全く反映されず、意味のないボタンになりました。それどころか、長時間操作をしないと勝手にポインタ速度が低いほうに設定されるので一番大胆に動かしたいときに全く動かず、ポインタ速度変更ボタンを連打するというデメリットボタンになってしまいました。バグなのか自分では判断できませんでした。

Unable to login on work computer. Can't use smart actions.
I cannot use Smart Actions on my work computer, the only computer where it even matters. My company's network settings will not allow a browser to launch the external handler to sign into the app. Either unlock Smart Actions or integrate the login process, please.

"Flow" disconnects and reconnects repeatedly within minutes
The "Flow" feature is buggy! I have two Windows 11 laptops -- both relatively new Asus Zenbook models. I have an MX Master 3 mouse and MX Keys keyboard connected to both via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth connection to each laptop is fine -- rock solid. But the "Flow" behavior configured in Logi+ Options is flakey.
The computers are on the same WiFi network. On computer A, Logi+ Options shows both computers connected steadily. On computer B, Logi+ Options shows computer A connected for about 3-5 seconds, and then disconnected for anywhere from 30 seconds to many minutes. During the time…

Baggerbord
Gewoon, heel simpel .... als je kijk naar het aantal meldingen dat ik hier doe dan weet je: dit is niet oké.
Op dit moment meld ik elke 3de keer dat de verbinding naar m'n toetsenbord eruit ligt mijn ergernis.

Olá, amigos! Uma necessidade que surgiu usando o software e pode ser a dor de muitos, é ter um switch ou um checkbox dentro de um app específico que diga "espelhar da configuração global"
Ou seja, as vezes, eu configurei algo na configuração global, e mudei no app específico, poderia ter um 'reset' para voltar a configuração global naquela tecla.
