  1. Mouse speed slow during long updates

    It seems I need your software running to get the configured mouse speed active. Unfortunately, this software updates often and takes a long time to do so. In the meantime I am stuck with very slow mouse, which is inconvenient to say the least.

    constant "backend connection problems". Have to close all logi tasks, and then it works ok.

  4. MX Creative Console Dial Sensitivity Bug (Changing Sensitivity Does Not Change Dial Behavior)

    Please fix the MX Creative Console dial sensitivity bug in the Options+ app. Changing the sensitivity on the dial (macOS 15) does nothing. The dial sensitivity does not change, even when set to 0% and it is far too sensitive for most purposes - especially the default action as System Volume. Please reference support ticket 14713381 (along with many other suggestions and support requests on the Logitech forum and Reddit.)

  5. No idea if this mouse is working or not.

    Nothing more irritating than to purchase a new mouse and not have it work. MX Master 2S I just purchased new from Amazon, I see a flashing white light #1 then it goes out. VERY frustrating.

  6. Logi Options+ Agent Fails

    My Logi Agent service is having issues. My mouse will work but the button functions are not working and the Logi Options+ fails to open. I need to go to Task Manager to end the task to restart it, and that only occasionally works.

  7. Hibernate breaks Logi Options Agent process

    Fix the agent getting stuck after hibernation/restart. Every day I have to force stop the agent task and re-open it. The mouse speed goes back to default until this is done. This has been happening for a few weeks, possibly a month now.

  8. Pairing mit Bluetooth

    Ich wollte eine Tastatur mit einem Gerät via Bluetooth pairen, was mir leider trotz Recherche in der Logitech "Doku" nicht gelungen ist. Warum kann Logitech nicht einfach klar dokumentieren wie man den Pairing Vorgang durchführt: es geht einfach darum die entsprechende Taste 3 Sekunden lang zu drücken? ChatGPT hatte die Lösung mit einem einzigen Satz. Die Logitech Hardware ist wirklich gut - das wird leider durch die armselige Doku (verbunden mit dem absolut unnützen Chatbot) konterkariert.

  11. MXKeys Backlight, but NOT Always on

    It is the backlight of The MX Keys series. I have some different ideas. Now it turns off too fast. Having to constantly wave on your keyboard doesn't seem particularly wise. I am AGAINST keeping it on all the time because users will have to manually turn the keyboard off every night. Unless it is capable of detecting certain gestures so turning it off wouldn't be a burden. Some other ideas to solve this problem: i. sensor sensitivity alteration to make the keyboard more aware of hand movements; ii. only turn off the backlight when there's no movement for a…

  13. Right button too sensitive

    The weight of my right finger triggers the right button. A small folded post it pad put between the button and the base fixed the problem. No more accidently pressing the right button. It was driving me crazy. I am using this mouse for CAD. The first side button is programmed for "Enter", the second side button is programmed for "Escape" and the third for " Cntl Z".

  15. Automated Mouse Movement to keep system active

    New Software feature in Options+ allowing user to turn on automatic 'Mouse Movements' mode every 5 mins to keep system active. Feature should turn off automatically, when user presses any button on mouse. After this gets turned off, mouse should behave as normal manual mode.

  17. Switch KB/mouse together

    Hi, I regularly switch between 2 different systems where both my logitech mouse and keyboard needs to be toggled. It would be really useful if switching on one device e.g. the mouse would automatically move my keyboard as well to the other device.
