    I am having a lot of issues... I run m1 macbook pro with sequoia 15.0. Logi constantly stops working, auto closes, and then gets stuck in spinning wheel of death when booting back up. I need to access activity monitor just to force close it so i can reopen it. please fix this

  2. Do not enable AI or other background services by default

    Running the "AI Prompt Builder" application in the background by default has lost you my trust - I no longer perceive the "Logi Options+" application as harmless, but a vector for infection and data theft.

    erledigen Sie endlich das Problem mit ihrem Empfänger, hat bei mir noch nie geklappt, habe in der Vergangenheit und heute schon viele Mäuse und Tastaturen ausprobiert und nur Probleme gehabt!

    I dont want all this bloated software. I want a plain, simple user friendly program, to modify buttons.
    you've gone too far and the program is full of **** I dont need. I install when I need to modify a button then uninstall again

  9. Logi Options updates make devices inactive leaving user without a keyboard and mouse

    Every time your app updates now, as opposed to be before 2-3 updates ago, my mouse and key board stop working (bluetooth connected K845 and Mx Master 3). As they're the only mouse and keyboard I have connected, it's a major hassle. Other USB devices stop working as well (seems to interrupt power??). To fix I have to connect another keyboard and mouse, and desable and re-connect both devices after launching and running Logi Options again. Making it so your updates don't break anything not broken would be nice.

    hi, why is my mx mechanical keyboard backlight keep glowing even when I'm away?
    Most of the time, in the middle of the night, when I wake up I found the keyboard is glowing, in the daytime, It also glows, but the environment light is strong, so it is not so obvious.

  19. Updates Wipe Out Settings

    Please stop changing the settings of my keyboard every time you give me an update. I have my F1 through F9 keys acting like Functions keys, F10 as a microphone mute, and F11 and F12 as the volume keys. But, when you update the software it resets everything to the default media keys again, making it a pain in the butt to deal with. And you cost me two weeks of work because it wiped out what I was working on. I'll switch to other options if you can't figure out how to not destroy custom settings every time there's…
