  3. Won't Launch with macOS Update

    With the latest update of iOS, I frequently need to restart my computer in order for Logi Options+ to launch successfully. Otherwise, it just spins on the loading screen indefinitely. This is very annoying. Will you please fix this?

    Olá vou parar de usar o produto a função da sincronização com a mac é algo muito chato, tem dias que trabalho bem mas tem dias que o mouse não fica 5 minutos conectado e refaço a conexão umas 20 30 vezes e mesmo assim não adianta.

  5. Keyboard shortcuts crippled

    How do I do keyboard shortcuts that use the print screen key? I can't even assign a shortcut that uses that key to a key like toggle HIGH CONTRAST a critical need here.

  6. Logitech Ergo M575 and Plebbes Keys2 K380S

    1. The on/off switch on the Logitech Ergo M575 mouse is awkward due to its location.
    2. The mouse and keyboard do not have intelligent battery saving so you don't have to turn them on and off every time you use them. If they are not in use they should have a hibernation mode to save battery life.
    3. The LogiOption+ application for several versions up to the most recent version is unlinked to the Logitech Plebbes Keys2 K380S keyboard and therefore the custom keys cannot be used.

  8. Keyboard backlight time interval

    I would like to be able to set a timer on the keyboard back light. Ex: Between 10 AM and 5 PM the backlight is off, and on for the rest of the day. Maybe even have different light levels for different time periods.

    회사에서 키보드와 마우스를 로지텍으로 사용하고 있습니다.
    윈도우PC 에 연결하고 블루투스로 맥북에 연결해서 Flow 구성으로 사용하려고 했는데 같은 네트워크 상이 아니라서 Flow 구성이 안되더군요. 그래서 혹시 키보드나 마우스 둘중 하나라도 전환하면 같이 전환할 수 있는 기능이 가능할까요?

  12. Delayed log-on

    I am constantly switching w/ fn/esc between F12 button that is supposed to permanemt and completely delete an email in Outlook, and F3 functionality in Autocad, where F3 does one thing, F8 another, etc. The two systems are at odds and I have to be switching. Caps lock is something I go back and forth all day long, in architecture i need to write in caps and your keyboard doesn't have a light telling me caps are on or off - f...g frustrating, I had no idea how useful the little light is.

  16. Stop turning off our backlights

    PLEASE give us the option to allow Backlight to stay on permanently. I loved the MX Keys range, but this single feature has made me switch to Corsair K100 Air. Stop dictating what we can and can't do with the devices we pay top $$$ to own.

  18. Keyboard shortcuts stopped working for mouse buttons

    After the latest update to 1.78.588966 all my keyboard shortcuts assignments to my mouse buttons stopped working and they input a text into my apps instead of executing the shortcut. For example, I have a "Cmd + [" shortcut assigned to back button on mouse for Slack application (which should go back to the previous place) and now it just places "[" character into the chat. Another big issue is that I can't fix the keyboard shortcut and fix the issue, because when it waits for my input, it only reads special keys like Cmd, Option, Shift, but not the…

  19. Bring Back "Zoom using scroll wheel" feature!!!

    It's absolutely disappointing how you removed "Zoom using scroll wheel" on the old Options app and never even explained that the update would deprecate the feature.

    Unlike using the current zoom feature (which basically uses Ctrl+-/+ for the window to do a scaled zoom),

    "Zoom using scroll wheel" actually allows you to zoom into what's on screen as if you're zooming using the touchpad (or screen, if the monitor is touch sensitive). It's basically a 2-finger screen/touch zoom using just the mouse!

  20. Import existing devices paired with Unifying Receiver

    Import devices already connected to a Unifying Receiver. If I'm going to be forced to use "Options+", it should be possible to actually configure devices already paired.

    As it stands, I am effectively locked out of configuring my Logitech Trackball because it is already paired to a receiver but isn't recognized by Options+.
