  1. Salvar configurações e ajustes com login

    visto que preciso fazer login ao entrar no app, seria interessante se ele resgatasse minhas configurações no caso de uma reinstalação do sistema operacional. ter que reconfigurar tudo do zero é chato, se houver essa opção pra mim não ficou em um lugar claro e objetivo.

  2. Mute Action for MX mouse is not working

    Teams Shortcuts for muting the microphone doesn' work anymore. Adding a specific shortcut doesn't work either. Trying to enter "cmd + shift + m" but the mac app does only recognize "cmd + shift" and not letters at all. seems like a bug?!

  4. Logi Options+与鼠标问题

    M720鼠标，经常反应迟钝，呆滞。换作其他鼠标一切都正常。怀疑这是不是与Logi Option+有关，之前就曾经碰到过这软件影响Windows10操作系统的问题，卸载之后就一切正常。请在软件更新上市之前彻底全方位测试。

  6. Windows navigation gestures are not working (logout key too)

    For many months I can't use custom key bindings for keyboard and mouse. They work half of the time. For me it looks like cmd and ctrl keys inside bindings are just stop working. So logout key is just typing q (instead of ctrl+cmd+q). Navigation mouse gestures are just moving cursor around as I would press arrow key (normally it is cmd+arrow key binding).
    I'm not using any custom bindings, only one preconfigured in app.

    Can you please fix it? It makes your product hard to use, as I can't rely on any additional functions provided by logi+ app :(

  7. Backlight switch

    While switching computers, the backlight preference disappears, which requires re-activating or re-deactivating the backlight when returning to the starting point. I believe you can do this, but if not, please let me know. :)

  10. Holding charge and erratic responses

    Haven't seen the issue on the web, but I'll charge my MX Keys for Mac for 4+ hrs then it "dies" seemingly randomly. It'll also not respond to certain commands or inputs. For example: the brightness up and down shows the scale when I have this app open but the brightness remains the same. And volume seems to only work sometimes with my interface. Should I reinitialize or default or whatever or do I have an internal chip issue? These are certainly not oversights on a $100 keyboard

  14. Mouse wheel operation

    I don't know if this is a Suggestion or a complaint. My M510 mouse all of a sudden stopped scrolling up or down or right or left by pushing down on the wheel. In Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, if you have a long distance to go from top to bottom, it is nice not to have to spinning the wheel to get to the top or the bottom. that option in my mouse is one reason I have two M510 mouses.

    I'm getting tired of having to open the logi options program just to get it to rediscover. It will go months just fine. then it goes back to doing what it always does. The ratchet keeps switching to free spin. Seriously. FIX THAT. If I change a function or button reassignment, make it stay. Stop making me have to go back in and turn something back on because the software keeps turning it off. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.   20. Keystrokes inside app not recognized

    The Logioptions+ software does not recognize keyboard inputs when I am trying to assign a keystroke or smart actions to either the mouse or keyboard., I have tried reaching out to support and they have no idea what to do. If you google the issue it seems that many people have the same issue. You are not doing anything to support the user base that is having this issue. The people who need this are most likely power users and there has been nothing done by Logitech over the years to fix it. Please do a better job of supporting…
