mouse converts single click to double click
My MX mouse has become almost unusable... it DOUBLE CLICKS most (but not all) of the time I do a SINGLE click.
I've tried resetting, changing settings as suggested, everything. The keyboard and mouse are only about 2 years old.
Very frustrating.

windows11にてアプリを起動した時「Backend connection problem-Click here to launch backend」という文字が表記され、クリックしても待機中のまま起動できない。アプリのバージョンは1.95.771519。どうやったら解決できるか早急に教えてほしい。

Missing icon and App launcher items.
On macOS Tahoe, in the system menu under General > Login Items and Extensions Logi Options+ has an icon but the one for Logitech Inc. is missing. It would also be nice if LogiPluginService and Driver Installer didn't show up in the new Apps menu like they are programs that can be ran.

Awfull. Fix the set-up and bluetooth issue
Not good at all. The scroll set-up goes back to the original set-up, usually every time there is an update, and there's no way to change it back. It just keeps loading forever. It's incredibly annoying. Hope you can fix it.

gestures need to be adapted to MacOS 26
Hi! I have the MX master 3 running on MacOS 26. I have the thumb button set to gestures > app control. "click" is set to launchpad, but that feature was removed on the version of MacOS so it would be nice to have it open the app filter of spotlight or similar. I also wish the same gestures could be achieved from the custom option, but that is not the case.

iPhone easy-switch
I've paired the MX4 to my iPhone and enabled my iPhone to be controlled by the mouse. It's neat. To easily switch to the iPhone, I use the Action Ring and use the easy switch method to move from my PC to my iPhone. Once switched to my iPhone, the actions ring will not come back up, so I cannot use the easy switch task in the Actions Ring to switch back to my PC. I am forced to use the manual button on the bottom of the mouse. It would be nice if the easy switch task for devices…

Action Ring mit |shift|control|option| und command, um mehrere Ringe erweitern
Der Action ring ist echt klasse!
Der könnte simpel erweitert werden mit den Tasten, Tastenkombinationen: Shift, control, option, und command.da hötte man mehrere möglichkeiten weil viele dinge sehr viel komplexer sind als nur dieser eine ring!
Ich freue mich auf die nächste software version.

create dialPad のBluetooth接続が頻繁に切れます。もっと長く接続、若しくはカスタマイズできるようにしてほしい。

Daumenrad vertikal scrollen
Hallo. Ich würde gerne bei meiner MX Master MX4 mit dem Daumenrad auch normal bzw. vertikal scrollen können. Leider fehlt diese Option. Ich habe eine Beeinträchtigung an der Hand und das war meine Idee mit dieser Maus. Ich bitte Sie, diese Funktion dort auch Auswählbar zu machen. Danke und LG. Florin Wachter

關於自定義按鈕設定流程的優化
修改拇指按鈕時(抑或是任何按鈕時，但我是主要在拇指按鈕遇到這個問題)，不同應用程式有不同的設定，現在針對不同應用程式我得一個一個點進去針對每個手勢設定。
但有時我可能想繼承global的選項或是總是那麼幾套設定在不同應用程式輪著使用，卻每個應用程式都要單獨設定這點恨麻煩，這邊提出幾個解法：
1. 新增選項直接套用global設定檔或可選擇套用另外一個設定檔的設置(這點我認為除了拇指按鈕以外更適用於任何按鈕的配置)
2. 為拇指按鈕的手勢設定新增存檔功能，讓使用者可以從自己自訂的手勢設定集中選擇已經配置好的設置如果現有軟體已經可以做到我上面期望的功能，希望可以更便捷地引導使用者，不然乍看之下我真的不知道如何做，只能每個應用程式點進去選一樣的選項

Más control sobre iluminación
La iluminación del teclado es un elemento diferenciador muy interesante, pero creo que le falta funcionalidad. Tenerlo encendido todo el día es un gasto inútil de batería. Por las mañanas hay luz y no hace falta. Sería genial tener una opción de encendido y apagado automático según la hora de amanecer y atardecer de tu localización. Si esto es muy complicado, al menos se podría permitir usar las teclas de retroiluminación aunque esté desactivada. Bring back the regular option. This Trash program filled with AI bloatware has pushed a faulty firmware onto my MX Master 3S and still there's nothing done about it.

Changing the action ring and the custom gestures did not apply. Why?
I changed my custom gestures to add the action ring to gesture-click, but the custom gestures did not get set. They show in the app, but not in use. Also the action ring was changed, but the old setting's action ring on gesture-up shows without any of the changes! I mean. What now? How do I reset/apply these changes

Updates cause Issues
Your updates just cause problems. Flow used to work perfectly. Now inconsistent. Right click copy used to worked perfectly now inconsistent on same computer as well as on flow connected devices. I own multiple mx3 mice (mouse),
Save your comments about turning on and off or re-booting your computer and the obvious things to try. Bottom line is your updates are causing issues.
