9. MS teams new app missing mic/video options

   It look like Microsoft released 2 new teams clients one classic and the other that says work or school. Both of these lost the native function for unmute/mute mic and video that was default before

12. Firmware Update says device not available when it is

    Firmware update for MX Keys S, and MX Master 3 both result in an error saying Device Unavailable when the device is available.

13. Keyboard support for Logi Options +

    I don't understand why I asked to download 2 pieces of software to manage my devices. Logi Options+ does not support my K350 keyboard so I don't know why I have it installed. Setpoint supports both my K350 & M705 in one package.

14. MX Keys mini Tastatur wird bei Neustart des Mac nicht erkannt

    Guten Tag
    Sorry, aber Ihr Support-Bot dreht immer im Kreis herum. Viermal musste ich die Seriennummer eingeben, der Support blieb immer an den gleichen Fragen hängen: total unbrauchbar!!! Schliesslich brach ich den Bot-Support ab.
    Auf meine konkrete Frage, warum beim Neustart des Mac meine MX Keys mini Tastatur nicht erkannt wird, gab es keine Antwort.
    System: iMac von 2017 mit Intel i7-Prozessor, MacOS Ventura 13.6.3, FileVault aktiviert.
    Nach Deaktivierung des FileVault wird die Tastatur bei Neustart erkannt, ich möchte aber das FileVault aktiviert lassen. Gibt es eine funktionierende Lösung?

16. Gestione sincronizzazione Mouse e Tastiera

    1) Credo che sarebbe molto utile, quando si usano Mouse e Tastiera combinati, poter passare da un PC all'altro anche solo premendo il pulsante numerato sulla tastiera. Per intenderci, se premo il pulsante 1, mi aspetterei che tastiera e mouse si connettessero contemporaneamente al PC n°1. Questo perché girare il mouse ogni volta è più scomodo che premere il relativo pulsante sulla tastiera.
    2) Quando usati contemporaneamente, tastiera e mouse dovrebbero avere la possibilità di mantenersi sincronizzati con una comunicazione diretta e non tramite il PC di riferimento (tramite FLOW), in questa maniera quando si passa da un PC all'altro, non ci sarebbe bisogno di utilizzare la rete Network del sistema 'ospite' (in questo caso potrebbe essere accettabile non avere il 'copia/incolla' attivo tra i diversi PC).
    3) La funzione FLOW è utile, ma dovrebbe essere migliorata rendendola indipendente da domini di appartenenza dei vari PC da utilizzare. Nel mio caso specifico, ho 2 Laptop appartenenti a domini diversi ma collegati sulla stessa rete (stessa subnet mask, stesso DHCP, stesso range di IP, ecc) sui quali però non posso usare il FLOW (la funzione FLOW non 'vede' l'altro laptop dove è installato il software). Da questa situazione scaturiscono anche i miei suggerimenti precedenti.

18. Sync Keyboard and Mouse without flow

    I am unable to use Flow to switch between my personal and work computers because the company I am working for uses a VPN that disables local network traffic. Would it be possibly to just link the MX Mechanical keyboard switches to the MX Master 3S mouse so I could just press the key on the keyboard and have it automatically select the right system with the mouse. It would be similar to flow but the other way around and would not require that the computers be on the same network.
